i play football wednesday night but be great if somebody can ask them what the club are doing to put pressure on the police in asking how they can justify away fans being let out whilst home fans are held back when it contradicts everything that has gone on at football matches for the last 100 years - what's changed ?2

That’s my plan, mate. I hope though that many others will ask about it. I will post up here my two questions later this afternoon so that others can maybe find different angles to ensure the topics ( I wll also ask about medical/fitness resources)DOUCHER said:i play football wednesday night but be great if somebody can ask them what the club are doing to put pressure on the police in asking how they can justify away fans being let out whilst home fans are held back when it contradicts everything that has gone on at football matches for the last 100 years - what's changed ?

I think you’ll get your wish. Filling up time with ground, maintenance, logistics chat I’ve no doubt will be part of the plan.2

It's such managed and filtered 'engagement'.0

Those are exactly the sort of things that should be asked though.AFKABartram said:I think you’ll get your wish. Filling up time with ground, maintenance, logistics chat I’ve no doubt will be part of the plan.
No point asking the 3 people there why we don't have a left back, or why NJ played 2 target man strikers last night.6 -
I've asked one question
The treatment of home fans at the Millwall game this season caused a lot of justifiable anger.
After the Chelsea FA Cup game, the Chelsea fans were held behind in Valley Grove after the game, with the Charlton fans able to leave normally. Was the change of policy by the Met Police a direct result of club or fan complaints? Even then it seemed a bit shambolic, as the Chelsea fans weren't told about this in advance, leading to dangerous conditions for them.
Why can't away fans just be kept behind in the Jimmy Seed stand if there is the chance of after game clashes?

Why not? one of the three has specific remit of overseeing football operations. He’s our managers boss and should be groomed beard deep in our short term and long term footballing strategykillerandflash said:

Could ask if they enjoy watching this 'style' of winless football though and if they think it'll bring fans through the gates, killerandflash said:

My answer to that would be that fans’ views have no real bearing on playing matters. That is driven by outcomes on the pitch. Of course the football is why we go and what concerns most people, but the opportunity to influence decision making is near zero. That isn’t true of the nuts and bolts of attending matches, or the wider culture of the club:AFKABartram said:

Here is my one re Millwall
The Club is well aware of the widespread dissatisfaction with the police handling of the Millwall game. What discussions are the Club having with the Met to ensure the exit process for that game is not repeated? If it is sensitive about the relationship with the Met, why doesn’t it seek the assistance of London Assembly member Len Duvall, who is already in direct dialogue about it with Sir Mark Rowley, in response to representations from fans?

And re the medical/fitness
How has the club filled the gap at the leadership level of the medical and fitness department following the abrupt departure of the highly regarded Dr Will Abbott?6 -
Rodwell - Luke Chambers was always our first choice 🤣🤣🤣12

Inviting questions via What’s App and then removing the number from the screen isn’t a great start…..1
-
Straight with the relegation question1
-
I've forgotten how Rodwell manages to talk at length without pausing for breath or really saying much.5

QR code would be betterClem_Snide said:Inviting questions via What’s App and then removing the number from the screen isn’t a great start…..0 -
Who is this other woman? She’s great.1

If that's true he would have been in the door by the end of the first week, not in time for Coventry, but in by Blackburn. Worst case scenario he would have been in before the Chelsea game and training with the squad for 2 weeksClem_Snide said:Rodwell - Luke Chambers was always our first choice 🤣🤣🤣4 -
Ooh good question from Lucy about what would make them review Nathan's position, and picking up Gavin on his use of KPIs.3

Beard looking sharp but the real standout is the fierce and disciplined skin regime he must maintain. Positive glowing is our Jim, screaming ‘just back from Dubai’ . Soft and smooth, yet supporting a set of eyes that look like they want to smash everyone’s face with a snooker balled sock.AFKABartram said:Fully aware it will be a heavily prepared and managed exercise, but I’ll no doubt watch partly out of curiosity but mainly to admire the shaping and waxing of Rodwell’s beautifully curated beard.I’m sure the “working night and day” transfer efforts have been temporary paused this afternoon for some pre-camera emergency grooming.23 -
@PragueAddick question read out. Answer:
GC: Adam Coe and Dr Toby(?) - clinical doctor - Luke Sanders - dept. is fully staffed. Doesn’t sound like there’s any plans to replace him.
JR: Will didn’t manage injuries. Doesn’t think ‘player availability’ is any worse than last year or worse than any other Championship club. Nothing has changed.JR talks a lot without saying anything of substance.4 -
Your judging that on one game , our second half yesterday was good Coventry at home we outplayed them .. before the injuries ,Leicester , Ipswich , Sheff Utd etc etc think the football as overall been very good but this is football and sometimes it’s impossible to play these you want and points become more important then performanceClem_Snide said:Does the board genuinely believe that the current brand of football being served up is likely to attract new fans and or enjoyed by existing supporters?7 -

"Dr Toby is a clinical doctor" of what specialism? Orthopaedics? Obs & Gynae?8

Not if Liverpool blocked the deal .. Chambers was mentioned few weeks back as being our target but for whatever reason it was blocked at Liverpool endsam3110 said:

Asked about the pitch - Rodwell: "the pitch looks a bit different on the TV than it does in the ground"6

Bore off you clown. We have played shit hoof ball for months. As you effectively appear to be brain dead it’s no surprise that you don’t have an issue with it.RonnieMoore said:

I don’t think football club ownership is treating Gavin Carter too well. He looks rough as old boots!1
