Roussilon's shirt coupled with Jimmy Floyd Moneybank's shorts ... all we'll need are a few large tent poles and some rope and we can create our own circus tent over The Valley, in keeping with the performances in recent weeks.
If you can get both of those, we might be able to get Big Fat Pete back into a kit 😬

Fond memories of Amiens. Went to watch the total eclipse there in '99 rather than going to Cornwall where it was cloudy anyway
There’ll be another one shortly if JR gets himself in front of the sun!

Think this is your best WUM comment yet. Fair play
Ronnie still thinks Roussillon is better than TC

The club have been given a lot of stick lately and rightly so but i doff my cap this time. Just popped down to say my goodbyes to the great man and the statue is already up. Goodbye and good luck my friend Jerome.

I heard the club melted down Sam Bartrum's statue to get this done.

Amiens, the home of Jules Verne, perhaps he’s going around the world in 80 days?
Would take Phileas Fogg 80 days to circumnavigate Jerome Roussillon.

    He came
    He saw
    He left
  • Imagine being at the club for the Millwall game and finding out the next working day that the club still think you've got nothing to offer us. That's a real kick in the balls to see him off.

Good luck Jerome, hope it goes a bit better for you at Amiens.

Any reason the club haven’t confirmed he’s gone? Amiens announced signing him their end.

The club normally do a instagram post using the player’s highlights.

He did an amazing Crossbar Challenge hit from near the touchline a few seconds before the last guy won 15,000 quid. Not many saw, but I did. I will remember

So he could have played the 2nd half last week after Chambers had been subbed ?? Instead we put TC back there and stoped any forward momentum we had.

Maybe he just isnt up to championship levels and we would have lost 6-0

Been enough signings from Ligue 2 that have struggled in English football immensely. Wasn't our good friend Mr Delort coming from there?

Firstly playing 38 (he was actually subbed on on the 61st min and there were 4 mins of added time so he played 33) mins against Grenoble would be very different to 45+ minutes at the Den. Secondly, having watched a decent amount of French football, Ligue 2 requires nowhere near the same physical capabilities as the Championship. Thirdly it looks like he played really badly, He made 0 tackles, 1 defensive contribution and touched the ball 21 times. I don’t have TC’s purely second half stats but they will have been better than that
