Wonder if West Brom will have a new manager in charge by the 24th Feb. Could be a second punting by a relegation rival in weeks.
Well it would be a third if you count their first

  • Come on Hull!!

Would take putting 2 more points between us and the bottom three today tbf but 3 would be lovely.

Pompey had a poor patch, but kept faith with Mousinho who's done a great job there.  I expect them to pull clear, our game against them won't be easy.

Blackburn have Sheffield Wednesday at home on Tuesday sadly. That’s got to be a must win for them but may mean the current gap doesn’t last for long ..

I will take that set of results. West Brom have been looking like they're in real trouble for a while now and they can't exactly spend their way out of trouble. Pompey are on the up but at least they've done it kicking someone back down behind us. Oxford, Blackburn and Norwich all lost and we've cancelled out Oxford's win at Leicester immediately. Good day for us

Personally not too bothered - we also still have to play them later in the season.

If you’re looking at them as a free six points, Portsmouth and soon Blackburn will have already played them twice.

Not to mention the fact that Pompey, West Brom, Norwich and Blackburn have all dropped points against them this year so not a free 6 points for any of them this season. Sheff could very much still have a part to play in the relegation picture even if they are doomed themselves

Pompey 3-0 up now. How long do WBA give their manager?
    Until 8:30pm tonight.

They have a Celtic/Nancy type decision to make. It’ll be costly but I think they know relegation is a very real possibility.

Too true. Our trip to Hillsborough won't be easy
