I think that like Bree, Jones and Leaburn, he has been playing through injury.

Saw the video of him and TC- he seems like a big brother to him which I like

I think if we were confident on tying Ramsay down we wouldn’t have spent what we have on Sichenje. Understand the purpose of quality in squad depth, but if you ask the majority of fans u get just under 2M you can either get cover for Ramsay or replace one of the midfielders it’s a simple answer. Hope I’m wrong but it felt like a contingency signing
I wholeheartedly agree with you, I would've preferred the Sichenje money was spent improving us elsewhere. But I don't know if £2m gets you a midfielder that improves us, especially in January. Personally I don't know if we can read too much into the Sichenje signing and how it relates to Ramsay, I think the club just saw it as a good opportunity. But you may be right.

If Ramsay doesn't sign a new contract then perhaps the club decides to cash in. It would be a real shame to lose him, he feels like a player that could grow with the club over the next few years and I hope we can convince him to sign on. He appears to have finally found a home after a stuttering start to his career, but unfortunately most players nowadays value the financial benefits over this.

Think NJ saying the Sichenje signing was brought forward from the summer plans has strengthened the idea that Ramsay might move on. I'm hoping it's more likely that we're expecting Burke to drop down to L1 though

Would be gutted to see Kayne leave. He's got a high ceiling.
Does he live in a Victorian house?

Doesn't Burke have another year though?

He does but a L1 side might take a punt on him. We wouldn't get a fee but it's just the kind of signing we used to make in L1

Burke still has a role. Everyone seems to have forgotten Coady isn't our player. He's only on loan.

Burke is back up to Jones (when fit!)

This is the issue, he hasn't been available enough to use up a squad space and his performances haven't shined either

Thought Ramsey was back to his best vs Stoke

Was good to see him closer to peak Ramsey, and actually playing with a smile once again. Must help having competent/dependable players at RWB and LWB now

he clearly thought he was as he only produces a highlight reel when he has a good game - ha

it's almost like he's sticking himself in the shop window
