So are we diverting our energy to the West Ham thread then?Fumbluff said:Close the thread, being able to attract a superstar like Igor Tudor can only end well for everyone can’t it?

Keep it open, so years down the line, when it becomes relevant one of us (probably me) can reopen itFumbluff said:Close the thread,

Fumbluff said:Close the thread, being able to attract a superstar like Igor Tudor can only end well for everyone can’t it?You can easily see that he impresses for the remainder of the season and the clowns then give him a contract.Ten games into next season he has not won a game then they start all over again.0

Can't say i've ever heard of him. He has a tough job that's for sure.0

In my time of supporting Charlton, Man U, Spurs and Man City have all been relegated to the "2nd" division. City have even been down in the "3rd" division. Last time Arsenal came down was 1913. Liverpool were relegated in 1954 and spent 8 years down here.KingKinsella said:I'd like to see all big name clubs relegated at some point. Spurs Liverpool Arsenal, City , Utd, great for the championship.
Burnley, Wolves ,W Ham etc abit meh0 -

Used to be great on football manager back in the day. Bit of a risky move from Spurs0

The cost of a theoretical Spurs relegation0

March is a huge month for them.
Play Fulham, Palace, Liverpool and Forest.0 -
Bang in trouble.
Severely lacking leaders in that side1 -
Only Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton have not been relegated from the top division in my time, although Everton have come close a few times.CombeMartin said:

Don’t remind us of when we actually had people who could shoot.CombeMartin said:I remember when they got relegated to the old 2nd division in the late 70's, we stuffed them 4-1 at the Valley !2 -
Spurs do look genuinely in trouble. I thought they'd have pulled away by now but they're actually looking worse under Tudor and he's already sounding like Conte did complaining that the squad aren't fit to exist. I still think they'll somehow manage to pull away but it's interesting looking again at last season's table. They only got 38 points and they were extremely lucky that there were three god awful teams that season who were barely functional. They're 9 points off that total now but there's only two no-hopers this time round and they're 1 point off 18th. They're also worse this year than last year and don't even have the excuse of European football to fall back on. I think ultimately Forest have done too much damage to themselves and their 45th manager of the season won't be able to pull them out of it but it will be very funny if Spurs keep up this level of terrible for at least a few more games3

We probably had about 10% possession that day, Ian Moores missed a hatful for them and Flanagan got a 5 minute hatrick just before the final whistle.CombeMartin said:I remember when they got relegated to the old 2nd division in the late 70's, we stuffed them 4-1 at the Valley !0 -

I want Spurs to come down purely for a chance to visit the stadium next year!9

They'll sack Tudor if they lose to Liverpool, I'd not be surprised if he has gone before then though.
In the state they are in why they brought him in is anybody's guess.1 -
They're still in the Champions league. Away at Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.Garrymanilow said:Spurs do look genuinely in trouble. You do wonder about the mentality of many of the players. I bet a few of the shirkers will put in more of a shift on Tuesday.1 -
A lot of people keep saying "Spurs won't go down" but what exactly are you basing this on?
It can only be because of their 'name' and because they're a big club, because it can't be based on their performances (awful) or even their remaining fixtures (pretty tough). They also have a dreadful manager and a ton of injuries.
In the form guide over the past:
5 games - Spurs are bottom with 0 points
10 games - bottom with 3 points
15 games - second bottom with 10 points
20 games - second bottom with 12 points
25 games - third bottom with 20 points.
They have won just two of their last 20 games.
They have only two home wins all season, and one was on the opening day.
No home wins since December.
No wins in 11 games, which included a draw at Burnley thanks to a last minute equaliser and a defeat at home to West ham.4 -
after last night my Spurs mates reckon they are gone
I almost feel a bit sorry for them spamming the whatsapp groups with all the memes as they don't fight back or bite anymore
.....nah f*ck it, it's hilarious15 -
Asking for a friend, how do you search for the options?CaptainRobbo said:Sky Bet current odds for the drop.

feels similar to when West Ham went down with Joe Cole, Defoe, Rio, Carrick and a few others. Would be equally as great fingers crossedChris_from_Sidcup said:A lot of people keep saying "Spurs won't go down" but what exactly are you basing this on?

O. No worries guys. I found them. Got a spurs supporting work colleague and so we have agreed if they go down then I will go the away game with her. Been to the old ground but not the new one.
I know potentially the women's team might be playing them next season but that won't be at WHL.0 -
Great away trip next season. I have a soft spot for Spurs but they do look bang in trouble this season0

To early to start a spurs away spare tickets thread ?4
