Similar to Sadiq Khan, Charlton are now charging everyone for using their tunnel. Rodwell was simply taking £5 off everyone as they walked through. I don't understand what all the fuss was about really.SteveACS said:

Birmingham desperately needed a win to keep them in play-off contention, but at no time did we let them get a grip on the game. I thought our midfield, so often toothless, increasingly stifled them as the game went on. We hunted in packs which is something we don't do very often.
From Mannion to the four who shaed striking duties it was a really good team performance, Mannion impressed with his handling and didstribution, but didn't have a shot to save that I can remember, and in front of him Ramsay and Jones in particular were superb. Bell is always good, and looks so calm on the ball, Champers solves our wing back back problem, and will improve. Clarke had his best game for us I think, but again should probably have scored. His first touch was a little heavy, maning defender had time to get close enough to block.
Weeks is always involved and did well, and Leaburn offered a different challenge when he came on, and had a good chance to make the game safe. TC was getting loads of stick in the first twenty minutes, bacuse he seems to take breathers at times. But perhaps that's his style. Lull defenders into a false sense of security, and then explode into life. You could tell they hate it when he gets on the ball.
Great finish from Kelman. He needed that!
So we've played really well in consecutive games, and I think we can give Middlesbrough a game.

I have a friend who is a Pompey fan and two who are Derby fans - all of them said that we are the dirtiest team they have played this season. I was gob-smacked, believing that we are a generally honest and fair team and that it's other teams who are continually fouling us and getting away with it. Mostly, thank the Lord for Jones, Ramsay and Bell, one of the best defence trios in the division
Lastly, I don't hold out too much hope that we can sign Harry Clarke on a permanent deal in the summer. He is one of the best loanees we have ever had and if he costs a lot and wants to join us, please splash the cash0 -

Ashley young is 40 next season, and apparently they’re keen too offload Ben Johnson so he’s automatically going to be 2nd choice this summer anyway. I think a deal can be done for Clarke it’s just are we going to be able to outcompete other interestcharltonbob said:

We are not a dirty team. Both us and Derby will be near the top of that table because we are close to the bottom of the possession table. To identify the genuinely dirty teams, you need to look at where that correlation breaks down - ie, a team that is near the top of the possession stats table but also high up on the fouls committed table.killerandflash said:

Doesn't that stat rather depend on what the ref in any given game is deeming a foul though? You can argue it evens itself out over the course of the season, but if the most picky/lenient ref supports your team they're never going to get assigned to your game, so you won't suffer/benefit due to that as much as other teams.1
