    For the purpose of not just complaining, but also showing the positive, I received a call from a very senior individual at the club today who gave me almost 20 minutes of his time to listen to my ideas. @Weegie Addick looks like we might be getting there after all.     We had chances towards the end but can't really deny the better team won. Wheels have come off a bit since the international break.

    The team look like they have run out of steam, first 60mins they did not look like that could keep up with Bristol City, suddenly two defeats and a draw in the last four games . I gather this was a Bristol City that could put out a full bench because of injuries.

    She needs to play with a centre forward. It worked very well in the FA Cup tie.

    She also needs to have players playing the ball to her.

    Charlton's pass completions were far too low today.
