    Missed the full build up there - Sophie had the ball under no pressure when they cut to a crowd shot. Next we know they’ve players over and it’s in the net

    Was about to say before the equaliser, we seem to think Newsham is a blonde Usain Bolt, every time we pass towards her it's about 15 yards ahead of her!

    Glad there wasn’t too long left to play though, Palace seemed to really gain some confidence

    Even game which could go either way. I think we had a few opportunities that didn't materialise because we were a little weaker physically than them.

    At least we can say the quality of tv coverage the women get is of an equally shite standard to the men.

    It’s worse than usual today. They seem to have a guy patrolling the touchline with one of those high def cameras for some reason

    We managed to beat Brighton.

    Palace have been in WSL v recently which will have helped build the crowd. Undoubtedly a huge amount of work to do on and off the pitch.

    Mcateer has fucked up a simple ball out wide to the right literally four times today. Pretty useless. 

    If we don’t get promoted from the position we were in, it will be a bottle only Charlton could carry out …

    They have to be stronger. When they have to make a challenge a few of them engage in a way that allows the opponent to go past them easily. Palace have the physical edge. So far.

    Have watched them 6/7 times this season and every time without fail they are lacking physically. They seem to run out of legs earlier than most teams as well.

    TBH, if they do go up it’s going to need a massive squad overhaul to even compete, let alone stay up.
