  • Do we think he’ll finally retire from the sport he hates? 🐍

No, he'll get money 5LiveSport, and speaking his head off, he never really shuts up. He is doing functions at AFC Wimbledon now (wonder if we decide to invite him back).
  • Both him & Bonne were on a good thing with us back in 19/20. Bonne was certainly punching but if he had stayed with us who knows, he might have turned out to be another Jamie Vardy.

Taylor certainly had his head turned & once he signed for Forest it was all downhill.

Be careful what you dream for.....because deeams rarely come true.
  • Chelmsford have informed striker Lyle Taylor he is free to leave the club.

Putting the hate towards Lyle Taylor aside: what is your source?

    He won POTS

    And GOTS

  • Stone cold loser

And if we’d have kept Paul Bacon, he might have turned into another Maradona.
  • I wonder if this is a simple mix up of Chelmsford and Colchester.

    Allow AI to explain

Chelmsford and Colchester are often mixed up because they are both major, historic "C" towns located in the same county of Essex, England, roughly 22 miles apart along the same commuter route from London. They share similar roles as top-tier economic hubs, recently both gaining city status, which causes confusion over which is the true "centre" of Essex ... and Lyle Taylor has played for both!

I mean it a'int easy ... I'm pretty sure Walford is on the same train line.

    And GOTS

    Pete O'Rourke is reporting it.

Absolutely no idea if it's true or not, but perhaps a National league club have offered him more money and Chelmsford are unwilling to match it?

I saw that but didn't see anything else other than Chelmsford reporting his awards. Don't know if they are trying to portray a sense of unity before he goes 🤷‍♂️

Yeah.... I dint think either (especially myself, sorry I mean Taylor) care after the amount of money they got from those moves
  • For once I am ITK spoke to another non league manager who has contacted him but wages an issue was on £2000 a week at Chelmsford that’s why they released him
  • £2000 a week? Lylebleda Turbo Microfibre Mop Replacement; £6.50 from ASDA.
  • Chelmsford have informed striker Lyle Taylor he is free to leave the club.

Taylor says to their fans see you in July.

A classic case of why shouldn't a player look after themselves when a club can quite easily f*** their career earnings up.

A classic case of a victim mindset in the case of Lyle. It would have been nice if he'd honoured the contract he signed...

  • Shame on me for even clicking on this and still following this idiot
  • Lyle Taylor was a hero to Zero:

Compare Taylor to the actions of Semenyo when he played for Bournemouth despite his transfer to Man City being agreed and it was just the minutiae of the deal to be finished.
Any bad injury for Semenyo could've stopped the transfer as football is a ruthless business.
As it was he scored for the cherries and gave 100% as he always does in his last match and he is remembered fondly by the Bournemouth fans.

It was unusual times but where Taylor could've been remembered as one of the best value signings for CAFC, instead he is just known as a snake.
Completely different scenario and you know it

    Is that you Lyle?

Yet he gets away with zero criticism because he wasn't as important
  • Lyle is thick as mince. Understanding employment seems utterly impossible for him. He still moans about just being a pawn or a number... but cannot see the hypocrisy of moaning about that when trying to forever trade himself as a commodity.

Talented footballer at his peak, now a mouth for hire who as ever tries to sound far smarter than he actually is.
  • The year is 2092, CL is still discussing Lyle Taylor and Chris Solly not playing during the 2020 COVID season extension. No one will mention David Davies
  • It's still relevant because of his comment on the Abdulmalik saga, player power is a constant issue in modern football and he willingly makes himself a poster boy for it.

Keep Politics off here please, you should know better!!
