Says a lot about our turnover (and how old I'm getting) that I have not got a clue who that is.shine166 said:

Tbh I had to look on wiki, he played 16 games in 2009 on loan from wolves1

That’s just down the road from me too but I just don’t remember him 🤔shine166 said:

Probably better known for being a Spanner for many many years1

I think there has been too much noise about Maresca going there, for it to now be anyone else.iaitch said:What about he replaces Guardiola, that's if he decides to leave city? Although Maresca has been linked for a while.
Think most managers would give Chelsea a big swerve.0 -
I vaguely remember him now. Initially I thought he was one of the loan players under Bowyer in 18/19, but that was Jamie Ward!shine166 said:Tbh I had to look on wiki, he played 16 games in 2009 on loan from wolves0 -
Spanish sports tv show (El Chiringuito tv) is reporting that Iraola is "close" to joining Crystal Palace.
No idea how reliable they are, but if it's true then it seems a very sideways (or even downwards) move from him.4 -
Good move for Palace though.0

Heard Pardew say that’s what he’d heard on Talksport about three weeks ago. Bonkers sideways, even downwards, move in my opinion.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Spanish sports tv show (El Chiringuito tv) is reporting that Iraola is "close" to joining Crystal Palace.

Would be quite funny if Iraola does go there, and then Villa finish 5th and win the Europa league, Bournemouth get 6th, and Palace lose their final.
Would mean Bournemouth go into the Champions league and Palace wouldn't be in Europe at all.2 -

Feel like his stock is very high and he could definitely do a lot better.1 -
But he'll be honoured to manage the oldest club in the history of football.7

The Club can confirm that Pete Wild and Adam Temple have left the Club following the end of their short-term contracts.
Pete and Adam joined Rovers on an interim basis as Manager and Assistant Manager in March and achieved their aim of keeping the Club in League Two.

Think that probably indicates the amount of money Blackburn have to spend on rebuild for next season. Or maybe that's just hopefully from our point of view! Along with the Moushino news/gossip, potentially another good sign for usDyerConsequences said:Michael O'Neill not staying with Blackburn: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cd7p80ny5l3o4 -

Barnsley re-appoint Daniel Stendel on a 2 Year deal0 -
Can only assume his original plan was to combine the two then leave NI to take over permanently at Blackburn. If so, might mean their budget is crap and/or the owners are a pain to work for and he's backed out, which may well be a good thing for us.DyerConsequences said:Michael O'Neill not staying with Blackburn: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cd7p80ny5l3o
Hopefully takes them a while to appoint anyone and then they go for Appleton or something.1 -
