Disappointed at that. Played well v Uruguay and is prob the 4th best CB we have (after Guehi, Stones and Konsa)

Tuchel’s hard on for Chelsea players can be irritating especially if he picks Colwill.

Would have taken Shaw & Maguire. Foden doesn’t deserve to go. If he takes Dan Burn over maguire….

I’d have definitely taken Maguire . As for Foden and Shaw . No big loss there .

Defensively, Shaw is our best left back. I’d much rather him up against Yamal or Dembele than Hall or O’Reilly.

Every squad prediction i see has Reece James and John Stones. Are either of them anywhere near fit enough?

No Tomori either, so I guess the CBs are Konsa, Guehi, Stones and Colwill?

Foden isn't a huge surprise if left out, he's been subpar all season

The first 10 posts on this thread include references to 8 players I have never heard of.

No Lewis Hall seems a mad decision

Also, this drip feeding of who is/isn’t in the squad is a shame. It’s fun to see it all at once and if I was Tuchel I’d be very concerned about my starting XI’s being leaked
  • Toney and Henderson...! deary me.

I'd have taken Maguire. He's been good for England.

Foden has had so many chances. As Barry Glendenning put it: after being tried at left wing, right wing, and as a 10 for England, it's clear his best position on a football pitch is about 10 yards in front of Rodri and 8 yards across from Silva.

Probably informing the players today who are running to their agents/family who leak it.

Some bizarre choices though, will either be fantastic for a manager to be so bold, or all end in tears.

Apparently Noni Madueke is in. I think Eze is a better player by far so hope its not at his expense.

Palmer left out too. Presume Saka, Madueke and Eze all make it? Barnes, Gordon and Rogers?

If Jordan Henderson goes over some of those who have missed out it’s an absolute joke, he’s not been good enough to play for England in about 4 years

Maguire is easily good enough to be in the squad. And his aerial presence at set pieces is such a threat, he'd make an excellent late sub if we're chasing a goal.

Burn ticks that box if he goes

No Maguire is stupid. No Gibbs-White is disappointing.

Henderson is infuriating. Toney is baffling.

I’m assuming Hall has missed out to Myles Lewis-Skelly which is odd as he’s been playing in midfield for Arsenal

Tuchel is going all out to help Germany win the world cup. We won't get past the Quarter Finals
