Seriously can not understand how people dont understand the new system, the whole debacle has old man yell at cloud vibes.3

Oi you fucking cumulocirrus fuck off out the way of the sun I'm trying to warm my bones here. fekkers.1

In fairness better communication is required from the club on certain matters on the allocation of points as highlighted above by myself but the entire system is not totally unclear.Fanny Fanackapan said:

An issue of not having enough points at the time and the clubs software unable to add these on at the time of purchaseCroydon said:
Why didn't you link the tickets to his account when you bought them?cabbie8 said:It’s all laughable, you can go to Halifax away and only get 5 points. The club couldn’t run a bath. Done my 10 year old out of 90 points this season for away games as they couldn’t back date it apparently. With proof of purchase and a photo in the ground
If Joe Bloggs has 600 points and his son has 230 then Joe can purchase 2 tickets at that time but only Joe will get his points.Joe’s son can claim his points if an email is sent into the club one working day before the game in question
If the request is put in after the game then the club will not add the points on. The reason why is unclear but that would be an issue to take up with the Ticket Office staff
End of.
Lack of decent communication once again & who suffers as a result ?
Answers on a pc, please .In fact it’s one of the better things put in place by the club having a loyalty scheme that is fair (on the whole) to fans.10 -
Very few systems are comprehensible these days, especially anything online.
I imagine the systems are created by nerds who feel what they have made makes perfect sense and is easy, those systems have to get by disinterested managers and financiers, but are never trialled on a range of actual people.
The best (in my view) of any of this computer/internet/rules-based/money-involved stuff is renewing your car tax. A couple of steps, done in minutes, the proverbial piece of resistance2 -
You can’t as she is 10 and I brought her one as my second ticket. As I said the system is flooredCroydon said:

I do yes as if it is an away cup game you get less points than attending a crap home again which most people buy a ticket for the points and don’t turn up.Radostanradical said:
Sorry do you expect our club to reward customers for getting the low price tickets to team like halifax?cabbie8 said:It’s all laughable, you can go to Halifax away and only get 5 points. That's only any good if your name is Phyllis.jose said:
Would it be impossible to simplify this?clive said:
As has been explained numerous times, login to the Ticket Website, click on your name/number which is on the top right of the page & the points total will be displayed with your personal details.jose said:I never know how many points I have.
Go on the official site, and the first page should welcome you by name (if previously registered), and next to your name is says how many loyalty points you have.
As in.
‘Welcome Back Phyllis. You have 100 loyalty points’.3 -
@Gribbo will look into it for you.jose said:

Out of interest , please could you copy & paste the information/modus operandi from the club as per the relevant link on the OS so that others less informed can examine & be fully aware of the correct process.
Like myself, I'm certain others would find that extremely helpful.
Thanks.

Can you not have your own account at the age of 10? Serious question I don’t know if you can or notcabbie8 said:

You can my son is 10 and he has one. When he first came I was in the same boat as cabbie8 I could buy us 2 tickets but struggled to get them assigned to him as the ticket office like to be awkward fucks and didn't want to add his points on. He has now finally caught up to phase 2 now. However it's still a stupid system as I am phase 1 as I have VG etc however I still cant assign him a ticket because you have to be 18 to be a VG member, so I always have to wait to phase 2 to get my tickets now to assign him one. Its no big deal but would be nice to choose first as we both have around 750-800 points each.Ducktapeshoerepairs said:

The way round it is to purchase your tickets in the highest band. And then email the ticket office from the booking confirmation to assign the points to your son (before the game is played)Nicholas said:

Not a perfect solution but is a solution. The issue the club have is the VG element as you say kids can't legally join.
For away points a membership system would be better for supporters than VG0 -
Done this on many occasions however one week you get a member of staff who will happily add the points on then the next you get a useless member who say's no we cannot do that.JohnnyH2 said:

Even the Sheff W away game both my boys came and I accidently assigned both tickets to my eldest son and not one to the youngest. However they just would not budge and allow the youngest to have his points even though they can see he comes to every game with me and has over 750 points.
Phase 1 tickets just need to be VG with over say 600 points or anyone else with over 600 points stops all this crap.3 -
That is poor, probably due to a high turnover of staff at the lower levels.Nicholas said:

Never had that issue when I email them, so probably more senior people deal with the inbox1 -
Are loyalty points available for bigging up crap NJ signings like Macca, Ahadme, Doc, Berry, Olaofe, Apter, Coventry, Dykes, Knibbs and JRC?3

Yeah the ticket site looks like it's going through an upgrade. I can't see my points either but trust they'll address that.
The season ticket FAQs webpage still applies to the 24/25 season - phase one pricing ends May 10th 2024.

Womens season tickets change price at Midnight, may be just a coincidence0

If so all STs have same priority for first away game?
Please note, during the 2026/27 season, a supporters' loyalty points total will only consist of those earned during the 2025/26 and 2026/27 campaigns, following the same structure as previous years. Points accrued during 2024/25 season will not be valid for the upcoming season.shine166 said:
