I only know of one West Ham fan out of about 20 that is happy Nuno is staying.
How many of that 20 wanted moyes gone?
    Five or so
rest wanted him to be backed more to bring in players to a different style

none of them wanted Lopetegui but most were bullish on Potter

How many seasons are Charlton fans gonna be content with Jones-ball if we just hover around bottom six of the league ?
Fans are half the problem with managers these days. One defeat and it feels like half of them want their manager out. (admittedly social media and the actual media play a huge role in this narrative). Managers having 6 months to turn a club around is so daft. The reason Arsenal/Brentford/Brighton/Bournemouth are the models right now is that they stick with managers, even if the first few months are rocky and allow them to set a culture in the club. Then, when the manager moves on, there is someone ready to go in that style.

Nuno is a very good manager and as a Championship rival of theirs next season, I would rather they gambled on someone else.

People will be content with Jones as long as he keeps doing the excellent job he has done so far. I don't care if we don't play Pep ball as long as there is a team trying their best and improving on what they have done before.

Carlisle United can confirm that Mark Hughes has left his position as Head Coach by mutual agreement.

Perfect timing for Rob Elliot, maybe.
Surely that must be it for Mark Hughes. Seemed bizarre to see someone with his career managing in L2 and then the NL.

#BristolCity are close to appointing Michael Skubala as their new head coach. Skubala has been offered the job and is set to leave Lincoln City after achieving promotion from League One. Negotiations ongoing but close to an agreement. Three-year deal

Was hoping Mousinho would go Bristol City as Lincoln were always likely to go down and it would have harmed Pompey’s chances more so.

Apparently Stoke are having a look at him if they decide to part ways with Robins from what I’ve seen online wouldn’t be surprised if Watford take a look at him as well

He's probably still got the puffer jacket, so would save them a few quid.

Be interesting who Lincoln get in. They have some good backers, but might struggle this coming season.

Lincoln will be regretting some of the contract renewals they handed out now, those players were only really good enough because of the system they played in

Well if he goes to Watford first he can still have a crack at Stoke before the end of the year

They’ve appointed the two assistant coaches as joint head coach.

I can never understand appointing two people as head coach - that is a position that requires total authority to work in my opinion.

How can the players respect you if there’s a disagreement etc.

for right or wrong I like that NJ seems to have a lot of control as that is the way it should be.

Maybe one day we will see an NJ / Steve Evans double act somewhere?

We more than anyone should be aware that you can have joint managers that manage to do relatively well over a sustained period.

Even then we did better once one of them took sole charge.

A bit odd to take Skubala, but not his coaches, as surely they were integral to his success?

Chris Cohen worked with NJ at Luton and I think Southampton too? Someone I think he wanted to bring to us but wasn't available.

Don’t regret Skubula signing a new contract a week or so ago - More bunce. Anyway, the new coaches are the old assistant coaches so don’t expect many changes in playing style.

If true, can see Iraola going there, maybe why he’s refused to sign anything with Palace.
