    NO

And no Palace or Millwall relegation threads either.

    Just tempting fate

What were Hull's odds on relegation last season? I know the NTT20 pod predicted them to go down. They had a transfer embargo so not like they spent their way to promotion either!

Hull City in terms of players with Championship experience was one of the most experienced. Around 2/3rds of their 29 man squad had previous Championship experience. Average age of squad was about the same as ours. Mid 26 ish. Our season came alive again after Januarys window when we brought in experienced Championship players. Although we had Kelman and Knibbs with that on their CV we had a greater number of players stepping up. I’m hoping lessons have been learned and our transfer business revolves around those players that know exactly what it takes in The Championship and not expecting league one players to hit the ground running if at all.

A transfer embargo implies that they weren’t allowed to make transfers, they did they just weren’t allowed to spend transfer fees. I’d love to see how much in wages and signing on fees/bonuses they gave to players like Mcburnie
