    Rogers is a fantastic player but Bellingham is an absolute Rolls Royce. Has to start for me.

    Always worth remembering the best teams aren't the 11 best players but the 11 who play best together. In that context I can understand the temptation to play Rogers over Bellingham as he'll naturally run past Kane but you'd think that could be fixed by Bellingham drifting left (as he likes to do anyway) and Rashford cutting inside

    Ngumoha is so talented and fun to watch. 

    If you’d told me Barca had brought one of our wingers I’d be surprised it wasn’t him over Gordon.

    Would've preferred Ngumoha getting the Walcott treatment and called up as a wildcard ahead of someone like Toney.

    That was always going to be a dull game. Two separate teams for each half, basically a public training session. No injuries is all that mattered there.

    Toney a) shouldnt have been offside and b) should have buried it anyway. Hope he doesnt have to play many minutes

    In fairness, he was the only one playing at full pelt for exactly the reason that he isn’t in the squad.

    Everyone else was just getting minutes in the legs.

    ^ wish I could remember which media pundit it was that predicted almost exactly what you’ve said.

    Trey Nyoni not Ngumoha who nearly joined us on loan (tall central midfielder as opposed to small winger).

    Think Elliot Anderson is the key for us this summer. Alongside Rice I genuinely believe we have one of the best midfield partnerships in the tournament. 

    If he can play at the standard he’s shown so often then we could be on to something good.

    Even if Gordon breaks his leg, Ngumoha cannot replace him. 

    He wasn’t in the initial 55 man squad
