    Trouble is they both decided to be shit for most of the season, when they had the opportunity to play in a World Cup , both have themselves to blame. Both should have walked into this squad.

    FA have shot themselves in the foot with the contract extension, it was always gonna be questioned when a German is taking the reins, doesn’t get any better if that same manager finishes 2nd in the groups after what we had under Southgate and offering up more uninspiring football. The heat will be on if we have an early exit this tournament

    I’d be tempted to do that but bring Mainoo on, at least he wants to move the ball quicker. Or do both and bring Mainoo on for Anderson.
