    So should the points be everything I've accumalated over the last 2 seasons?

    460 in season tickets plus away/cup games plus the new bonus 50 points?

    Only last season + whatever you get this season

    I bought a ticket for Cheltenham on my account but can’t go now would I still get the 5 loyalty points does anyone know?

    If you don't return it, yes.

    You'll keep the points unless you return the tickets to the ticket office.

    I’m pretty confident my 50 bonus points haven’t been added as I appear to be 50 short, have messaged club for them to confirm

    Feel the same too. Need to contact them anyway as have received 2 of our 3 season tickets but nothing on the 3rd.

    So turns out I had slightly misunderstood the scheme. I assumed if I bought for example an additional 2 home tickets I would get 2x10 points. But it is actually 10 points only. In saying that my 50 bonus points was indeed missing so that has now been added on.

    Glad I’ve seen this. I’ve emailed too. I feel mine are short. It’s annoying you can’t see where you’ve earned points. I can’t remember what I went to to earn points. Needs to have the games listed that you earned points (unless anyone knows how?)

    The only way I checked was through my emails and sorting by tickets@cafc and then it shows number of tickets and the match.im terrible for not deleting emails.
