That challenge happens all over the park several times a match without being given. Other way around it stands.

Could this be the easiest route to a world cup final?

Great composure from their attackers there.

    Beautiful move.

Zico you Brazilian named Egyptian King.
    Beautiful goal 😍

I haven't been watching for long as I didn't realize the KO time and had the cricket on which I'm now recording.

Hard work this multi tasking 😃

If, and it’s a big if, Egypt hang on and Switzerland beat Colombia, there will be no South American teams in the quarter final.

    Would this be a first?

Plays in the Spanish second division!

That was great movement from Zico for the second goal: stayed out wide, had no defender near him and drifted forward as Egypt attacked before a dynamic run across the defender to get on the end of the cross.

    Magic football.

Absolutely cracking goal by Egypt, probably about to be disallowed.
But never mind, we’ll have another one.

I still have a bad feeling about this one. Please hang on, Egypt

This feels like another reminder that international tournament football is rarely easy and ultimately the games you expect to win are often the hardest

Absolutely loving this. Always a pleasure to see Argentina losing, especially after the last goal got chalked off.
Egypt look fast and deadly on the break.

This World Cup is just not the same without Scotland in it.

On the evidence of their most recent games - what makes you think Egypt and Norway would be easier to play against than Argentina and Brazil?

You have to play the team, not their historical reputation.

I was thinking the same. I actually think I’d have rather faced Brazil than Norway.
