    Plastic headlights.
Who thought they were a good idea?
All my cars with glass are perfect.
All plastic ones have deteriorated. Remedies such as sanding, t cutting, tooth pasting and even professional specialists result in clarity for a month or two at best.
    Worst design feature ever.

    "how was your day darling?"
"Great - I got plunged into the arms of 25 kids wearing vests. You?"
    "Same".

People hurtling through roadworks at 60 / 70mph despite a temporary 40mph limit being in place, then cutting in at the last minute to take the slip road off and partially blocking the inside lane, not even 12 hours after a road worker was killed on that very stretch of road.

    Thick selfish c***s

The "cutting in" was at J6 on the M25, just after the M23 turn-off, which was closed southbound. The queue was on the dedicated exit lane because of the diversion. The gantry above the M25 was displaying the national speed limit, so people were driving at motorway speeds. Some then drove right to the front of the queue and stopped in the inside lane, waiting for someone to let them in.

Regardless of what the Highway Code says, it's a fucking stupid thing to do when you've got lorries and other vehicles tanking down the motorway at speed.

Yeah, obviously I was joking. Just the sort of silly response you get from people who think it justifies pushing in and cutting people up.

The ironic thing is that the people cutting in at the last minute, in this scenario, will probably be the very same people who won't merge in turn when the road markings actually tell them to.

    Second hospital moan this week.
In QEH Woolwich for the annual Rhemo check up. Considering a lot of Rhemo patients have mobility problems why put the clinic at the furthest point away in the outpatients.
Second moan - person turned up late for appointment due to parking now getting all shirty with the staff. Being shirty is not going to get you seen. Leave enough time to park like everyone else or at least be sorry that you’re late - not entitled.

Going to a posh "bucket list" hotel for three days to celebrate the wife's 60th and she comes down with a stinking cold. She's doing her best, fueled by paracetemol, but the poor love is really suffering.

Home alone, no food in, left it too late, and didn't want to lose my parking space, so against my better judgement I used Just Eat for about the fourth time in my life... and it's taken 2½ hours so far. FFS.

If the shop is 12 minutes from me, and the rider aint even there yet, how the f**k is he getting it here in 8 minutes.

Feel more depressed about contributing to this race to the bottom we're experiencing at the moment.

    Games gone

We went to see a tv show at Maidstone studios last night, Romesh Ranganathan in his show with celebrities and his mother, Parental Guidance. We walked out at the first opportunity and certainly didn’t cause a fuss.
As we were leaving we heard the woman showing us out, get on the radio say,”those seats have to be filled move 4 people from the top and put them in empty seats, they must be filled.”
    The view from my seat;

It was a freebie but we made the effort and took the time to be there.
