- Kids for a Quid fixtures will return for the 2026/27 season too, along with six designated Schools Partnership matchdays

I don’t suppose the person that came up with this was recruited from one of the railway company ticket pricing departments by any chance ? No, they are not running a charity. What they are running is an investment that can do one of two things, 1) get promoted to the PL and pay off multiple times over; or 2) don’t get promoted and require increasing amounts of additional investment each year which they will probably never get back.ValleyLocal said:

These ticket prices are aimed at squeezing the most out of the people that go at least 5 times a season no matter what & tourists. Not designed to attract floating fans or new ones.
The owners ain't running a charity.
personally, I’d opt for the first one and run the business with that one aim and to give the manager and players such backing as is necessary to achieve it, including filling the Valley with home fans and definitely not pricing tickets to leave an average of 7k seats empty on match days.3 -
