England v Norway

I’m hoping our forward options will be too much for their defence.4

Feel like tomorrow is the day Saka comes to the party

Did John Barnes help you write that?Macronate said:We've got to hold and give and make sure we do it at the right time, we can probably be slow or maybe fast but we must definitely get to the line. Norway will always try to hit us and hurt us, whether that be by defending or attacking, there's only way way to beat them and that is by getting round the back. Norway will have to catch us if they can, because our team are England men, and what we're looking at is the master plan. There's no way we're hooligans and this is definitely not a football song but with three lions on my chest, surely we can't go wrong.3 -
Really good assessmentThe Red Robin said:Really well organised side that will frustrate England in the same way Ghana did. The difference is, they can and want to actually counter attack as well either way Haaland up top. I hope we take the game to them, as we did Mexico, and don’t fall into a trap of slow passing and zero movement.2 -

Straight from the John Barnes song sheet. I don’t see them as a sit in side at all.R0TW said:

Brazil made 300 odd for comparison.I think they’ll come to play football and score goals. We will almost certainly get good opportunities to counter, much like Brazil did. Brazil really should’ve been 2/3 up before Haaland scored. The thing we will struggle with the most is that long ball to Haaland I think.0 -
We will win at a canter ffs.
Stop fucking panicking7 -
Reece James involved in the final training session before tomorrow7

If England get the first goal I think they will go on and win the game.I don't think Norway have enough about them upfront minus Haaland, to then overcome us.1

A 5am kickoff makes today a long, long day full of nerves and worry.Great news that Guihi and James have been training though.1

Kane and Bellingham 100%EugenesAxe said:

Fucking desperate wankers. This is the thing that I don’t get. If it was the other way around - do you really think we would all be wearing Norway shirts etc?
Whats their obsession? It’s flat out weird7 -
If their own teams weren't so shit, they may have something else to focus on.DamoNorthStand said:ValleyGary said:On holiday in Turkey and there’s Scottish and Irish blokes (can tell by tattoos on them) bowling about the pool with Norway shirts on 😂

My son has a Norway shirt as they are his second team. He coached at a Norwegian proffesional club as part of his university placement a few years ago for 6 months. He absolutely loved it there and made loads of friends. He is an England and of course a Charlton fan though.1

Or Charlton, Norway, England?2 -
Charlton, England, Norway, Italy in that order. The team he was at is Kongsvinger who are currently top of the Norwegian equivalent of the Championship. They are now his second team behind Charlton.1

I'm pretty confident we win tonight, 2-1 or 3-1.
My biggest fear is that Rice or Bellingham get booked and miss the semi final.6
