    All my cars with glass are perfect. 
    All plastic ones have deteriorated. Remedies such as sanding, t cutting, tooth pasting and even professional specialists result in clarity for a month or two at best.
    Worst design feature ever.
    I had someone scuff my my headlight, £1200 for a new unit. I remember buying a new one for my mk3 Courtina for a fair bit less a few years ago. 
    Like most things on cars nowadays they are not made for repair, just straight replacement. No wonder cars are written off with minor damage.

    They aren’t cheap these days. Probably £50 or more down the drain!

    It’s brutal but I’ve said to him, just bring them over to me when you come out of goal now or come and get them from me before you go in goal. Luckily these ones weren’t too expensive. I also think he’s mad for wanting to go in goal, but they all love it these days.

    When I decided, courtesy of Bruce Grobelaar and Bob Bolder that I wanted to be a keeper my first gloves were a pair of women's gardening gloves with rubber strips off a scateboard glued on to them. Served me well for ages, long enough for me to realise playing in goal was essentially playing a different game to the one I wanted to. 

    Nobody wanted to borrow them or chew them

    Charlton OS putting everything on Facebook which I am not on and do not want to join.
    Why can't they just put information on the OS normally remembering old farts like me do not want to join any of these media outlets.
    Just hope CL does not follow this trend ☹️

    The 30/60 years of hurt bollocks. England won the world cup in 1966 and remained world cup holders until the summer of 1970. Therefore, not much hurting going on in that period, so maybe 26 years of hurt when the song came out, 56 now. 
    Anyone got Frank Skinner's email?

    I did have it at one point as i use to do his books. I still remember one of his home addresses if you want to knock on his door.

    My wife waiting 8 hours in the middle of nowhere in Wales last night for the RAC only for them to then call (after chasing multiple times) and say they have no tow trucks and they’d pay for a taxi for her to get 20 miles away. Which you’d think they’d have known all along. The car is still stranded there this morning, over 12 hours later.
