Ridiculous to move him back.DamoNorthStand said:Bellingham is not getting in those dangerous areas now. Would have stuck Mainoo on instead of Eze and left Jude where he is.
James into midfield makes sense, we need defensive cover in midfield and Bellingham back up the pitch.1 -
James, fresh off injury, is now going into the centre of midfield?
Tuchel must hate Mainoo2 -
If you're a sub midfielder youd be a bit miffed with James coming on ahead of you3
-
We need to come out better from this latest break than what we have been doing so far0
-
He’s played in midfield for most of the season!!AllHailTheHen said:If you're a sub midfielder youd be a bit miffed with James coming on ahead of you0 -
Disappointed for Gordon. He was the one player who wanted a race against their defenders.8
-
They are on top this half.1
-
I don’t understand these subs and changes. Eze now on the left will want to cut in, Saka will be doing the same on the right. So we’ve lost all genuine width. And Reece James in midfield when Mainoo is sitting on the bench.2

Only one side looks really dangerous so far this half.1

Kin hell lads!!0
-
Our keeper and defence is far too erratic3
-
We are hanging on here. Really could do with Burn's physical presence right now.5
-
Christ on a fucking bike0
-
Come on England, stick it in their net in a minute or two and stick Burn on!!!0
-
After the elation of the Mexico game, you have to say this has been pretty poor from England.
I don’t know why we continually struggle so much when the expectation is on us to take charge of games. It’s not like out players don’t play for teams with high expectations and who teams setup to stop and hit in the counter.
We’re just waiting for a moment from Bellingham or Kane again.5 -
Lovely cross there Saka, was begging for a touch that!!0
-
The constant fouls on Guehi by Haaland are getting annoying. I’ll restate my plea for Dan Burn as Haaland won’t be pushing him around in the same way.4
-
Mexico played into our hands by attacking. Most teams know that if you sit behind the ball, England won’t react and play too slow to break you down and create chances.Exiled_Addick said:After the elation of the Mexico game, you have to say this has been pretty poor from England.

How the fuck has Haaland not been booked in this game? Thats twice hes wrestled Guehi to the ground + the shove on Anderson0
-
Being outplayed here.1
-
Not enjoying this much3
-
O’Reilly has been class4
-
This feels like an inevitable late 2-1 Norway.4
-
Hanging on for Extra Time at the moment1
-
To be fair, 80 % of this half has been played in England’s half. I can’t really say Norway are sitting back.Redvalleyeast said:How the fuck has Haaland not been booked in this game? Thats twice hes wrestled Guehi to the ground + the shove on Anderson3 -
Norway better team this half3
-
We have been utter toilet 2nd half3
-
The lack of trust in Mainoo has been so frustrating.
Whereas he's a natural fit at CM, we've now had to bring on Reece James in midfield and take off the most effective player in Gordon to try and make Eze work.5
