Was wondering if we could do something like this this season when refreshing and marking out the pitch, give us a little home advantage?Would keep play away from our left wb for half the game.

They would have to knock down the tower block, not sure if the council will go for ruining a marvellous piece of architectureEugenesAxe said:Was wondering if we could do something like this this season when refreshing and marking out the pitch, give us a little home advantage?Would keep play away from our left wb for half the game.

Hadn’t seen the sewn in stuff pictured before, I’d have thought there would have been more of it, don’t know why🤷🏻♂️clive said:1 -
Russ abbott, he was the first person i remember turning up on TV and having really blatant row upon row of implanted head hairs. Well not sure if they came from is head or what.Love a party with a happy atmosphere1

Yes exactly!!😂. Looks a bit less pubic than Rooneys doo.EugenesAxe said:0 -

Definitely no time frame, especially as RD is still owner!Sage said:

New museum will be above the new shop in the NW cornerThink this is more ‘what happens when’ any time we reach the BPL. Although Trivandi continue to work with the club on continuous improvements!
There was some valuation work done on The Valley this year I believe. I live in hope it was as part of on-going negotiations but I've no idea and it was probably just for RD for accounting purposes.4 -
Dammit i missed a sitter there.gringo said:

26/27 hospitality brochure (edit: found it https://us.v-cdn.net/5000498/uploads/editor/1u/vc6ictehdg40.pdf) showed huge upgrades to the lounges. Vista and 1905 becoming something totally different, which vast modernisations. The CGI pictures looked good!FAVADDICK said:What we having done this year Henry ??Dug outs being moved and made ‘fair’ in line with EFL ruling, as well as sorting out the seating around the dugout to provide staff seating.
General tart-up of concourses and ground to continue from last summer - some bigger work than others.
pitch currently being ‘relaid’ although presumably just the top layer and not to mess with the desso plastic fibres?Would love to see The AC Stand utilise the big spaces at either end of the concourse for more activations/dedicated fan areas/activities too?Looks as if the planned upgrades to the Hospitality areas have been binned off!Floyd’s rename confirmed, but the shiny new areas (shown as CGI) in the initial brochure are nowhere to be seen0 -

I hope they're going to wrap them in a sponsor or something, I wouldn't fancy sitting in a mini greenhouse2

I wonder if the club thought of auctioning off the old seats ? I’m sure there would have been takers. Better than skipping them.0

Should’ve taken the opportunity to move the home dugout next to the Lino.Never felt right that the opposing manager has been able to get into the Lino’s ear1

Might be wrong but isn't that what they were doing at the same time?AberystwythAddick said:Should’ve taken the opportunity to move the home dugout next to the Lino.Never felt right that the opposing manager has been able to get into the Lino’s ear0 -
Doesn't make sense to have the home dugout further from the home end thoughAberystwythAddick said:Should’ve taken the opportunity to move the home dugout next to the Lino.Never felt right that the opposing manager has been able to get into the Lino’s ear1 -
First use tomorrow. I had wondered if they would be ready, as originally the first game wouldn't be for another 2 weeks.0

Would be weird to move, don’t like that idea.1

It makes sense to be closer to that linesmen.sam3110 said:

But that's not a thing, if anything it'll make it worse for us as he'll be able to hear Jones better and he'll notice more when he's outside of his technical area as he'll probably be tripping over him all the timeAberystwythAddick said:

Given most subs warm up at the home end I'd assume that in most stadia the linesman is closer to the away dugout1
-
Well the much-vaunted padded seats in Lower West Block "D" are not going to be ready for the start of the season. Installation is now scheduled for the International break. (A problem with the embroidery apparently.)iaitch said:

Linesmen always adopt the same position (closest to the left back). Closeness to the away dugout is therefore defined by how each club allocates the dugouts. Subs only warm up at the home end if the home end is where the subs warm up...fenaddick said:Given most subs warm up at the home end I'd assume that in most stadia the linesman is closer to the away dugout1 -
are they the ones that come with the buttock massager and heated pie and Bovril dispenser?cafcfan said:

No, they are not even heated seats (Unlike the prime seats at Arsenal, Man City and Sheff Utd. Arsenal's seats also come with a blanket.)gringo said:

Anyone complaining about how quiet our tannoy is should have to sit in front of the speakers at Tottenham Stadium for 2 hours whilst they play their stupid Nike Football adverts3

The plus side is that I heard every word, with absolute clarity, of the Chris Perry interview.sam3110 said:Anyone complaining about how quiet our tannoy is should have to sit in front of the speakers at Tottenham Stadium for 2 hours whilst they play their stupid Nike Football adverts
