Some amazing trips on this thread, always a great read.

caravan at Weymouth for a week coming up soon. Just praying the good weather continues 🙏
Had a cracking week. Think it’s 5 times in 6 years we’ve stayed at this park in Weymouth and absolutely love it down that way. Managed to do someone different to what we’ve done previously practically every day.

Week wasn’t long enough and now back at work :-(.

Currently in St Louis, MO, start of part II of the great river road trip following the Mississippi River through the southern states to New Orleans, we did the northern half and headwaters last year.
    What is St Louis like?

You often here that it is quite rough, but I had an old colleague who was from there telling me it was not as bad as people make out
The city is quite run down now. The arch is fantastic but that’s about it. There are a couple of nice areas, like the Hill, which is a little Italy with some lovely restaurants and bars, but you need to get a cab from downtown to reach them. A couple of nights is really all you need there.
Memphis is in a much more rundown state though.
