Right, I’ve watched the bizarrely mournful Lloyd Jones video the media team put up. As far as I can tell from it either he’s signed a new contract or he’s moved on and he’s a ghost now? Do ghosts count towards the squad cap still?9

Brilliant news. For so long, whenever we developed a decent core of players to actually build a team around (Aribo, Bauer, Taylor (🤢), etc) we somehow managed to f*ck it up and either let them walk for free or sell them for peanuts.
I’d look at clubs like Millwall (another 🤢), who it seemed were consistently able to keep the core of their squad together, or Palace (a third 🤢) managing to hold onto Zaha year after year, and wonder why we seemed almost allergic to doing the same with our most important players which meant never ending summer rebuilds.
Hopefully this is a sign that those days are behind us.

Great news - i don't want to lose the other 2 either but he is the one we couldn't recover from losing (even if people think he can't play well in a 2 - which he can). Hoping TC will be announced later today, just have a feeling Ramsay might rumble on a bit longer0
