Blimey i’m agreeing with Colin (RM) . Wonders will never ceaseRonnieMoore said:
So you made that judgement on what ??? He looks a very tricky winger who showed last week like Grant yesterday he can cross a ball and create chances …wolfgang said:
Too early? We should never have signed him at all. Nowhere near Championship standard. Even Fevrier would have been better, and he was not great.Crispywood said:Personally think we pulled the trigger on signing Alli too early

The argument of whether to sell/loan between JRC and Doc is an interesting. JRC is more skilled on the ball but not as good defensively than Doc. My initial reaction is NJwould want the the more defense minded mid but given the lineup yesterday, maybe he thinks between Ouma and potentially Sichenje that we have enough defensive cover.0

And whilst we're at it can't we drop the "per week" crap. This isn't the 1970's with brown wage packets on a Friday. Why cant footballers salaries be expressed as an annual salary like 99% of the working population.......esp when they are earning millions.gringo said:Could someone not just phone up and bloody ask him!? This endless "he's on....", "no he's not!" is doing my melon in.

Maybe Edward’s is further away from fitness than we think and will be sacrificed from the squad naming, giving him the opportunity to come back into the squad in the next window.3

Would be an incredibly demoralising thing to do to him, highly doubt it will happenStreekDerek said:Maybe Edward’s is further away from fitness than we think and will be sacrificed from the squad naming, giving him the opportunity to come back into the squad in the next window.6 -
Suppose what he was on at the club he was on loan from, which I believe he had a silly contract for a young goalkeeper. So maybe true.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Okonkwo signed for Wrexham when they were in league one after a successful loan (in league two). Even with the money they throw at players, surely his wages aren't crazy high?0 -

Jojo Wollacott is currently a free agent. Not suggesting we should go for him but I always thought he was hard done by a The Valley.29

I believe he is on a bit more than me, but then I am not going to say what I earn so keep guessing for what it is worth as you will probably never know for certain.fenaddick said:
I would guess he’s somewhere between 10 and 20. Wrexham were paying L1 wages to players they deemed worth it while in the NL. That and him coming from Arsenal means I wouldn’t be surprised if he was on 9/10k in L1 and then had a 20% bump on promotionCovered_End_Lad said:
Agree even with a promotion wage hike I would be surprised if he’s on any more than 10kChris_from_Sidcup said:Okonkwo signed for Wrexham when they were in league one after a successful loan (in league two). Even with the money they throw at players, surely his wages aren't crazy high?
So what is the point of this conversation 🤔2 -

Let it go mateCallumcafc said:I think it’s a distant one now but Holsgrove is not involved in the Estoril squad again today.12 -
I'd get rid of Doc, Asiimwe, JRC, Carey (high 6 figures, as with Kanu) Burke & Knibbs. Possibly minor fees. That leaves us with 4 CDMs and I'd buy a ten from Huddersfield or abroad (Holsgrove?). Keeper in and out and JRS for £2m.
With Kelman coming back with Mbick, I'd let Godden go for money. L1 is his level.46 -
A ten from abroad. Simple reallyGisappointed said:I'd get rid of Doc, Asiimwe, JRC, Carey (high 6 figures, as with Kanu) Burke & Knibbs. Possibly minor fees. That leaves us with 4 CDMs and I'd buy a ten from Huddersfield or abroad (Holsgrove?). Keeper in and out and JRS for £2m.6 -

Can’t imagine AO being on anywhere near TK’s wages. TK has come from (fairly recently) TheBraziliance said:
Interesting. I trust Rich more than anyone, all I heard was that he was closer to higher League 1 wages than upper Championship.CAFCsayer said:
Rich Cawley said on his podcast that the salary he has heard Onkonkwo is on would make him by far our highest earnerLargeAddick said:Don’t know where this Okonkwo on 20k has come from. He signed when they were in League One. Someone posted something the other day that stated he earned the least of their four keepers on 5k pw hence why he wanted a move. The fact is no one really knows what he earns but I’d wager 20k is way wide of the mark.
Either way, we are interested in him definitely from what I have heard.
Prem, AO from Lge 1. I saw this the other day which would suggest his wages are the lowest of the Wrexham keepers….. but who knows?!? 0 -

Really hope this is meant to be ragebait, I understand football is about a game of opinions, but some opinions just really don’t deserved to be hadGisappointed said:I'd get rid of Doc, Asiimwe, JRC, Carey (high 6 figures, as with Kanu) Burke & Knibbs. I can’t work them out. This reads as total rage bait but part of me thinks they also genuinely believe thisCrispywood said:

I think you had people going, until you said high 6 figures for Carey and selling our two most proven goal scorers at this level.2 -
Carey for high six figures with 8 goals from midfield in the championship? 😂4
-
Carey started yesterday & the cup win (and scored) last week.Gisappointed said:Sorry, who of those would you keep and why? How many starters in my list?
JRC came on yesterday.
Holsgrove will cost too much
And you can probably doubt the fee for JRS
Apart from that you're all good 🙄0 -

Bless youMalone_Addick said:So, Okwonkwo?8 -
Official bid has gone in according to the other site. I personally think he'd be a vast improvement. I wonder if Ouma is a loan to enable us to bring him in on a perm.Malone_Addick said:So, Okwonkwo?7 -

I'll keep it brief.
I've heard/read the same as everyone else.11
