    Waiting for the release of tickets for away games within a an hour if where they live so they can complain about not getting preferential treatment over others.

    They didn’t last season so I would suspect the same. You could always leave it up to when they get taken off sale on Friday and then pick up from their ground on day?

    How many we sold for this? Looks a poor amount considering how we’re doing! Hopefully get some late sales.

    Really need some help here need a adult and child’s ticket for Saturday, got a mate who thought he could buy on the day he has come home from work to find out they have gone off sale, he would pay for two adult tickets if need be

    Nope, tickets went off sale at 4pm and not sold on the day according to the club

    The no sales on day approach is a pain but I can see some logic, stopping sales 2 days before game I’ll never understand. 

    Why would Stoke (and other clubs) so actively want to reduce their revenues?

    Agreed, mate. Us and Stoke are two clubs whose home games showcase swathes of empty red seats. For differing reasons we both seem to be actively discouraging people to turn up; Stoke with stopping selling tickets too early and us with sky high gold game prices.

    I didnt get my tickets in the post, rang yesterday and will hopefully be on duplicate's list so can pick up when there. Bloody long journey if not.

    always infuriates me this.

    What other business would actively do this? Imagine turning up at a half empty restaurant and they turn you away because you didn't pre-book even though they have 50 empty tables 

    I want to go to Cardiff on 19th, but want to be able to decide on the morning as I'm at a wedding on 18th. Will annoy me if the same policy is in place

    Anyone had any grief from Stoke fans before? Always a bit wary of wearing the shirt when I go to away games solo just in case there’s some trouble from home fans

    Is it right not for sale at Stoke on the day?

    Could be worth ringing Stoke up and seeing if they will take payment over the phone and add you to the collections on the day for away tickets. No idea if that will work though

    I left it to late to decide :(. Crazy decision by Stoke, they have lost the sale of 2 tickets and beer / food etc

    More than 1,200 Addicks will be making the journey to Staffordshire on Saturday. 

    Tickets went off sale at 4pm on Thursday afternoon and will NOT be available from the bet365 Stadium on the day of the game.
