This being the only quote from NJ is very telling
"Thomas joins Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus and we wish him all the best during his time there."10 -
Gutted he's gone.10
-
I genuinely cannot wait for the stories to come out about him. Good riddance2
-
Let’s hope the conditions to be met don’t include him being able to catch the ball.1
-
I bloody hope they are paying all this jobber's wages0

Reading the first and last pages on this thread has made me chuckle quite a lot. We’ll never know but I’d love to have been a fly on the wall for the conversations between him and Jones0

Be interested to know if he is the Grade A Prick some say he is. Jones’ quote suggests he may be - we wish him all the best (in order to trigger the conditions required for him to become permanent).Goes to a Cypriot team against the Brazilian born, Cypriot number 1 so not a foregone conclusion that he plays.
Also becomes a teammate of a bigger Addicks ‘legend’ - Loic Nego…1 -
I’m never going to post it on here as to why because ultimately it’ll just come across as speculation and gossip (I like to think that I’ve never been the kind of member on here that posts rumours). But I know what he done outside the club recently and I genuinely hope one of the respected press lads picks up on it too so the guy can be outed for it.As I said in my last post, good riddance because he didn’t deserve the No1 shirt.9

He can go and flap crosses in the sunshine
What an awful signing he was1 -

Obviously they are not if Kaminski is on 20k a week.0 -
Surprised he could catch a flight.10

A bizarre post as you have totally done what you said you wouldn't do in your first sentence.🤷🏻♂️
Like many transfers for every club in the land TK just didn't work out and when he was potentially the biggest earner even more so.
Just pleased that Lloyd, Tyreece and Kayne are enjoying their time at CAFC and want to stay longer.
I'm just not interested in the gossip but I'm pleased he has gone for now.6 -
Feels like when you put in a reference request for someone and their old work replies with just 'x worked here from August 2022 - November 2023'. Never a good sign!fenaddick said:This being the only quote from NJ is very telling

From what i have heard its pretty clear that he did evwrything he can and then accepted he wasnt NJs first choice tagts about it. Yes he refused to take a paycut to leave but thats not his fault we gave his a good deal0 -
Is that the club that is sponsored by the Cypriot lingerie giant Getyaw Nicosia

Wonder what the reaction is over on Omonia Life. In all seriousness, his reaction to us on the front row after he decided to push the ball against Ramsay instead of catch it against Millwall put him at the very top of my most disliked Charlton players, so I couldn’t be happier he’s gone.1

Given NJ's comments on him recently, and the total lack of comment upon his release... I would guess you have heard wrong on this one.Radostanradical said:

Quite an if. He's gone from 10k a week to 15k to now 20k, which is impressive especially as I cant imagine too many performance bonuses in there.soapboxsam said:cafc4life said:I bloody hope they are paying all this jobber's wages

Well with the way that is phrased my brain is immediately thinking something awful sigurdsson-esque has happened.Sheepie1985 said:I’m never going to post it on here as to why because ultimately it’ll just come across as speculation and gossip (I like to think that I’ve never been the kind of member on here that posts rumours). We’ve gone from signing a keeper with two relegations in a row to one with two promotions in a row, I know which one I’d choose.

For the record I’m completely fine with abject speculation and gossip. But that is literally all a reference says these days. Anything else could have legal ramifications.3
