Jorgen Klopp in the "Should have gone to Trivago" advert irritates the hell out of me.

With some of the dramas I watch on anywhere other than BBC I will record or freeze the TV and start watching later so I can speed through the adverts on x6 or each click is 60 seconds forward.
You watch on the Catch-ups and you can fast forward but adverts will normally still jump in.

I'm fortunate that my wife mainly watches 24 hours in A+E or mountain rescue type programmes and is happy to watch that upstairs while I hog the main TV.

Has there ever been a series of adverts as unmitigatedly crap as the Curry's adverts?, especially when they apparently seem to think they are hilarious.

Don't know if any of you seniors or middle aged folk got to see Peter Kaye over the last couple of years but I went with my son to the 02 and the adverts from the last century (60's onwards) like the Milky bar kid, Id like to teach the world to sing, Jacob's club, and a myriad of others were sang by Peter and the audience. My son who was just 30 didn't know any of the adverts.
So are the adverts just rubbish now or we just older and like to complain 🤔

Most of the men in the audience and Peter Kay had the Chocolate flake as their favourite advert for aesthetic reasons !

The detergent ones with Peter Crouch where at the end it says 'keep away from children'.

Too bloody right would't want to go anywhere near those little shits.

I think that there's usually a handful good ones, but over time the vast majority have always been junk. I think we've become a lot more jaded and difficult to please now though.
