I feel like, controversially, needlessly high numbers annoy me more than positionally wrong numbers these days.  Academy products in the Prmier League coming through and wearing numbers in the 40s and 60s for their whole time at the club. Turn them into soup

Sky’s panel showing just how ignorant they are about Charlton!

It seems to be a pattern, where players who can't get they're favoured number (4?) double up. Likes Dykes wearing 99.

Attacking lineup.we are really going for it. Thought we might want a bit more solidity in the 10 role given a tough away game and Mwamba making his first league start. But equally we've been playing well so why not make the running I guess.

Attacking bench. Thought Laq would be on it as extra defensive cover given he's been recalled.

Bell in a midweek game is a risk but I guess Mesik played midweek last week and on Saturday so likely needs a rest.

Standard. After listening to their commentator at the spurs game last week Im not surprised in the slightest, he was fcuking useless as well.

My only issue (being picky here), is starting Bell. I would have had him on the bench, unless that is the plan Saturday.
I assume its because he played all of both West Ham and PNE and rotating

Wow. Great line-up. I hoped NJ would go for the 11 that was used in the 2nd half on Sat. Great for Mwamba & hope he shows his true potential.

Didnt expect Nkeng on the bench either.

    Exciting times ahead.
Who the fuck is this and what have you done to Golfaddick?

Don't know if tonight will, or won't, be a night where we show it, but I've said on other threads, since preseason, that we have the potential to be quite potent away from home or against the "better" teams. Playing against low blocks won't suit us but we have the potential to thrive in games where we will have much less possession and need to be compact and organized in defence, but are offered space to hit on the break.

With Leaburn to hit and build attacks off, and multiple fast ball carriers (who can also shoot) - and I include Carey in that - we have it in our locker to spring some very dangerous counter attacks when given opportunities to do so.

Wouldn't be surprised to see us pick up a lot away points this season.

Who is on co comms for Sky? Did the main commentator call him Bradley? No way it's Bradley Dack surely?
