Just seen that Billy is playing alongside Lloyd with Edwards returning to start at LB.
It will be interesting to see Mbick and Leaburn together and see if the Hype is justified about Mbick because so far I have only seen him look decent in League 2 for Colchester in highlights.
We need the work at Sparrows over the last 3 weeks to come to fruition on match days. Hopefully the introduction of the two central strikers will surprise the City coaches.
  • Having knibbs on the bench is a waste. Would rather have another winger on there
  • Mbick, Leaburn and Grant starting is a bit of a shock... A gamble by NJ...

The pressure should be on Jones if we lose
    What has Lloyd done wrong?

Important game for us after a very poor run pre the 3week  break. Obviously there is a need to start accumulating points, there is also a need for the team to show some togetherness and consistency
No result today would surprise me. B C are inconsistent, i m o they're fragile, they should provide the type of home game for us to get a win.

Being a manager is a pressure job at the Professional level. In my opinion Nathan is under less pressure than the majority of Championship managers because of many reasons including we must still be a bottom 6 team with our budget; maybe even bottom 3 in 26/27 ?

    So I disagree with you.

I’m pretty certain that most Addicks will be somewhat apprehensive today…….I know I am.
Impossible to predict the score line, let alone the result.
What version of CAFC turn up is anyone’s guess.
All we can do, is to collectively cross our fingers.🤞🤞🤞

Also, great to see Edwards is back in the side. We need every 100 percenter like him out on the field

Feels like Mbicks agent has helped pick the team here

    Ooop...-

  • A draw will suffice so long as we score and don't bottle it tragically
