Of fans who actually go? New Cross is full of Arsenal as well. Very few of them actually go.se9addick said:
Lived in Peckham for many a year and I’d say, based on my totally non-scientific survey, for local teams it’s:EugenesAxe said:

Leaving out Rodney’s middle name (the only Charlton connection I’ve ever heard on OFaH), Peckham is a Millwall area with us being the closest league club to it. So there.EugenesAxe said:
Why is Miiiiiiiiiii using a flag that has a Charlton connection?MillwallFan said:
We don’t just sing it, we had a flag made with it on. Blanked out a couple of letters in case anyone finds the words t*ts and f*nny offensive 😁
1. Palace
2. Millwall
3. Charlton (there are actually a few Charlton fans here)
Although in reality Arsenal are probably the most widely supported team.Surprised you come across a lot of palace. I’ve never lived in Peckham but have family who do, done lots of drinking and socialising around there, lived very close to Peckham for a while and don’t ever recall ever meeting a palace fan from there. I do find you get a few more of them out towards Dulwich and then of course Streatham, Sydenham, Penge and the like there’s loads.
Teams like Arsenal and Chelsea I write off since everywhere you go in London I see an Arsenal shirt on the bus, on a train on a shopping centre. I find the more west you go, the more Chelsea shirts you find. I have just written them as being apart of the six.1 -

Actually, it does. I just counted the negative and positive reactions, leaving out most of the ones that don't commit either way (like my own), there are roughly double the number of nos to yes's.SporadicAddick said:
Doesn’t seem to be the general sentiment on here…Er_Be_Ab_Pl_Wo_Wo_Ch said:The general sentiment seems to be the song doesn't cover itself in glory, and it should have gone earlier. It doesn’t mean anyone will stop singing it, because the people who are happy to do so don’t care if offends most women and some men. Maybe that’s the purpose, I don’t know.1
