    Complete waste of time, they know that people aren't happy about the increase and petitions only work on local levels if at all. You're spot on about direct action. Boycotting it would be the best option but that would just move the congestion elsewhere, a blockade would affect the motorist the worst but could have the best impact, perhaps blockading the junctions would be a better option? The fuel blockage was a success in my opinion.

    Fact is that the Government has a licence to rob when it comes to cars. Tax represents a massive percentage of what we pay at the pump. As usual this is just profitering, they should change Black Rod's name to Blackbeard !
