Championship bound I reckon. Great player but just can't see it happening. Pity about Bolasie and the City fans already moaning about him signing as they don't think he's good enough for CCC.

Can't really complain about choosing a club in a higher league, we are where we are. As above, hopefully Benno is in Danny Green's ear.

Think I'd rather have Green. Plymouth fans say Bolaise blows hot and cold. Don't want another Jerome Thomas. Green seems more like a John Robinson type player to me

Just checked his stats from last season, 25 starts, 10 sub apps, 7 goals and 0 assists.

green suits benno if were to play benno next year, green gets the ball and looks for the early cross to a striker, and he's got a great set piece.

Kind of player we need, so many times I screamed at Wagstaff for not getting the ball in early.
Were looking for a big physical centre forward who would thrive on the early delivery and SCP was also saying he wanted two big centre backs that can also offer us a threat at set pieces.

You answered your own  argument here - we didn't have a big forward so no point getting the ball in early - Benno was linking in midfield and not getting forward quickly enough while BWP is too small.

We need Green. Him on the right and JJ on the left. Crosses raining in all day long.

Nope, I don't think we did either. There are a lot of players out there who people bang on about for ages, and when another club signs them we have a lot of 'we missed out there' posts, but if we never made a bid then surely we haven't missed anything? And sure, hindsight is a wonderful thing, like the fact that we let go a load of players who are now playing regularly in divisions higher than us, but would any of us looked at the squad in 2005/2006 and said 'we should keep all these bit part players just in case we are in the third tier of football in 5 years'?
    I doubt it

Keep reading that he has gone to Bristol City, but can't see it confirmed anywhere, maybe we are still in with a shout!

    He's  rubbish/brilliant*

We really missed out/dodged* a bullet on this one

We will have to make do/have a much better prospect* in Dave Martin

    Sort it out/Well done*  Powell

Not sure if he was rubbish or brilliant - but I liked the sound of "Yanick Bolasie"

I think we really missed out on this one - but I'll trust in what the board/CP have planned....

We will have to make do/have a much better prospect in Dave Martin (from what my Millwall supporting relatives tell me).

Sort it out/Well done*  Powell and get the best man you can to balance the team...

What the hell has it to do with Chris Powell?  The man chose to go to a club in a higher division.  How weird is that? (Also sarcasm)

Im not on a whind up here, but from his video he doesnt look that special. It aint no coincidence that clips of his 'brilliance' come from one game only (scunny away) this suggests to me that he is typically inconsistent!

Im sure either Martin or Danny Green would be the better signing! But i suppose only time will tell whether we get either of them or not.

To be honest from the clip on you tube he does look a bit donkey like when running with the ball. Not bothered we didnt get him

He looked ok but Plymouth fans said he could have a decent game and then a few poor ones. I'd rather we got players who are steadily decent, rather than frustrating players like Kyel Reid who was very hit and miss.

Looked alright, but we can't have hoped to compete with Brizzle City as they are a league above and pretty wedged up - as well as being up the road from Plymouth, so there was nothing that could be done.

Never mind, let's hope one of our other irons in the fire comes good.
