    I've never met ReddMid (Malc) or his wife Angie. However this has brought a tear to my eye. Please pass on how many of us are thinking of them both and saddened by this latest update.

    The only reason I came on CL was to follow RMs match thread. I then joined CL when the thread became members only. This is the only social media platform I use and it is brilliant. I don't post much these days but log in every day. Thank you RM for my Charlton Life life. May God bless you and be with you and your family.

    Horrible news. I know Malc by his RedMidland name on here, and on a forum that usually feels like a bunch if mates, I've always enjoyed his comments on here - one of the best.

    I don't know RM personally, but like others I'm used to reading his excellent contributions that have long helped shape CL into the close knit online community it is today. So I'm very saddened to read the latest update. My thoughts are with him and those close to him at this time.
