    I am normally very supportive of referees but VAR really is killing the game. That is never, ever a foul and it is VAR just tying itself in knots again trying to find something that isn’t there. 

    Did any of the Chelsea players even complain about that?

    One of those rules (can't be within 1m of the wall) that you will never see/hear of again.

    It was a foul on two accounts, a blatant push and proximity to the defending wall.
    Correct decision.
    As an aside, the standard of football is shockingly bad.

    I don’t like it as a decision but you see it all the time, just not in the context of things being ruled out. Quite often the ref will do an additional line of spray to mark out the 1m if players are close, it just goes under the radar

    I said to a mate a few days ago that I thought West Ham & Brentford would both struggle this season.
