Probably overlooked, a routine but accurate kick, bang on the money for Dykes for our goal.

Now we have wingbacks, he does seem to be commanding his area better.

He's looked like the goalie I expected us to get of late.
    Wasn’t Dykes offside though 😂😂

Well some of the recent posts have aged pretty badly, good work some of you, stick to obscure Reddit channels and twitter, your more suited to them

Bit of humble pie needed for me. Didn't think the commanding the box was ever going to come but last couple of games he's finally coming and properly dominating his box.

Proper wingbacks (and Bell back from injury) means the back 3 are functioning much better as a unit and Kaminski is much more confident about who is doing what and when. His increased confidence to come forward more decisively is probably connected, and having Dykes to aim for means the long balls aren't being recycled back at him so quickly either.

Yes same here. I was a bit worried though last night when he came out and claimed the ball around the penalty spot but landed heavily on his ankle and genuinely needed treatment. I thought just our luck that he finally does what I’d been hoping for and then goes and injures himself. Fortunately nothing serious.

It's the second game recently where he's needed treatment on his ankle so there's clearly something happening there
  • The amount of phenomenal last ditch saves from this guy this season is fantastic.

Been particularly impressed with him coming off his line last few games and he has even managed to catch the ball once or twice rather than pinch/palm it into danger or off his own player into the net.

Distribution seems to be a bit quicker if not always accurate and thats maybe the benefit of  dykes/leaburn and wingbacks providing some decent target balls

Think he's made some crucial interventions this year and has made a good contribution to our points tally.

I stick him in the same pile as TC - Good performances but slagged off needlessly

Clearly a good shot stopper. Ive got a big soft spot for Mannion as he was so commanding in the second half of last season and a big part of taking us up. And I still miss that from him, as TK will never have the same aerial presence.

But Mannion would no doubt have us conceding more shots from range in this division.

Both have their strengths, and both would look good behind our first choice back 5.

  • He’s improved the past couple of games, more or less the first choice defence in front of him no doubt helps. Getting. More confidence with every game and stopping shots he previously wouldn’t have. The clean sheet stats speak for themselves
  • Not the greatest bit of keeping I've ever seen.

Just don’t fill me with confidence. You always feel there’s a mistake there.

Absolute shite. Sophie Whitehouse would have saved that. (Mind you, she saves just about everything.)
  • Drop him ffs that's the most geriatric attempt at a save I've ever seen

I can forgive crappy distribution and commanding area if he can save shots. Today he’s 2 for 2 for stinkers Mannion at least deserves a chance

Hopefully we replace him in the summer.

  • I’ve been desperately trying not to join in this thread but I’ve had enough, Kaminski is appalling, not just tonight but for weeks - doesn’t command his area, gets beaten with soft goals, I question the phrase ‘shot stopper’
  • Hopefully we replace him in the summer.
We've got a keeper who has been nothing but solid for us sat on the bench every week
  • stinks

18th in the league for Goals Prevented with -4.4

For comparison, Pompey's goalkeeper is 5th with +3.4

Thanks - can you share a link please? It’s good to have a proper source to corroborate what I feel.
