Be nice to see Apter or Tanto get their name on the scoresheet...

I’ve only seen 35 minutes of him but I’m starting the Rob Apter Ballon D’Or campaign now

Apter wins a FK on the touchline
wicked delivery leading to a corner
Fuck me we haven’t found a good set piece taker have we?
    Scrap that thought.

Might want to check who scored the first pen…

Think Leaburn has impressed me the most from these substitutions - Been a proper workhorse, pressing as well as being an outlet up top

    Apter is the anti Kirk.
His first thought is to attack.

Am I the only one who think he’s looked really average in the two pre season games. Expect him to come good but I’m struggling to see why we’ve made him our most expensive signing in 10 years

There is absolutely no way I’m having apter being shoehorned at right wing back, Will turn out to be a waste of over 2 million if that’s the plan

They are not games, they are training sessions, let’s build the fitness slowly and see what happens when competitive league games start.

With the bite and aggression he played with I can totally see why NJ would try Apter in the Small, attacking RWB role

He looked solid enough to me, can always get him in the gym too.

Keep thinking back to last year and everyone saying there was no way TC should be used a striker. He’s not the finished article but he was a key part of our season.

He will be fine there. When we see it with Edwards on the other side and Ramsay behind him, so we can shift into a 4, then Apter can just worry about attacking like Small did for most of last season

Watching our 3rd goal again when Tanto lost the ball there was others closer but Anderson took it on himself to win it back and get us on the attack. Great tenacity.

It's obvious our main strategy in the championship will be to  lump it over the top, bypassing midfield.
If this game is anything to go by anyway.
It worked for us in division one ....

Again new players Carey , Bell impressed , Apter wants to attack , Costello again another hard working mid who loves to get forward … and Olaofe is going to be a handful for any defence …

Even in preseason, we are looking at professional results. Winning mentality goes a long way. Another clean sheet.
