I think 50 points might be more than enough & I will do a little jig once we get to 48 points.

But we need to get those points. You would like to think we would get 3 away to Sheff Wed  but they can score goals so we need to make sure we are on the front foot like today, rather than like on Tues eve at WBA.

Sadly I cant see us getting anything from our next 2 matches (Brum & Boro) and then its away to Oxford. That really should be one we are targeting to get all 3 points rather than not losing.

Hopefully we will pick up another win or two at home before the end of the season.

One of those days where the good news is that a loss really doesn't make much difference in relative or absolute terms, the bad news is even one point let alone 3 would have been particularly helpful.

    We go again.

I know he was talked up a lot on here, but every time I've seen him play I haven't been impressed

Middlesbrough are in an auto promotion position and have 66 points if they win tonight.
Charlton have 41 points and they would have to become more clinical to beat Birmingham.

The good news is the blues are becoming a mid table team which we would love to be this season.

Beadle taking stick for his poor kicking and it could be all over as the fat Birmingham lady screams.

1-2 and the crap Blues fans have stopped booing and started cheering !

Imagine having a striker who can head a ball like that. One of ours would shoulder it off for a throw

Just need the game to finish in a brawl with a number of red cards and suspensions for both sides.

Strange stat from the weekend games.

All 12 ended with a win. There were no draws. And as the table now stands the top 9 all won with Oxford & Norwich being the only winners from the bottom 8.

Great looking symmetry if you look at the table on the BBC website.

Fingers crossed that knocks Birmingham confidence and they go on a 1 match run of defeats

Birmingham’s away form is nothing special. No reason we can’t beat them - just need to find a goal or two from somewhere

That post started well and then you finish it with something totally delusional…two goals ???? We would need more than one shot and the deflection to be just right on both occasions

Well I hope their keeper, Beadle, being a Charlton fan remembers what club he supports....

There won't be with Beadle in goal based on some games I've watched him in!

Getting some shots on target might help too.

Beadle is still only 21. Clearly many people in the game rate him, but it seems odd to me that a moneybags team like Birmingham would have a 21 year old loanee in goal. He still looks quite slight, the sort of keeper you can test physically at set pieces.

It does feel that certain clubs still value keepers who are good with their feet, more than those with the traditional keeping virtues of commanding their box and shot stopping, though it's interesting that Pep, the "god" of passing from the back football, this season went with the giant Donnarumma, a top quality conventional keeper.

Obviously not just about him, but Birmingham have actually conceded 2 more goals this season than we have.

Birmingham are just an odd team in general. They create loads, score an average amount, concede an average amount and their main line of defence is their forwards kicking the opposition and then hoping Klarer can bail them out if needed. Given their aspirations it's hard to argue it's particularly successful and it isn't particularly revolutionary either. I wouldn't be surprised to see Davies and maybe someone in recruitment moved on

Sky having Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhaney doing commentary on Swansea Vs Wrexham is possibly the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

Football has never been more gone. Removing championship fixtures around Easter starting from next season as well

Is this not just a coincidence because Easter is so early next year? I don’t think it’s a permanent thing
