NJ told Richard Cawley that Tanto won’t be leaving.17

The world must be so simple to you. Just a complete lack of nuance in everything you seegolfaddick said:
Always love it when people pop up with the line..."he's not a goalscorer as he creates space for others.. ".ForeverAddickted said:Dont necessarily see Dykes as scoring a lot of goals. If anything I see him, like Leaburn, being the sort of Striker that'll link the Midfield with Kelman, will pull players out of position and just be an overall nuisance. He feels the proper sort of Striker that is available in January.
If you play up front its your job to score. Can't keep leaving it to others.5 -
I’m not saying it with very much optimism today but it wouldn’t be the start of a day without it. I’ve got a small feeling we are going to announce a signing today.6

I’d keep Tanto.
If we moved to a 3-4-3, his pace would be a huge asset. Campbell and Olaofe either side would frighten the life out of defences.
Realistically though, we’re unlikely to play that way. So if Jones wants him out on loan, I can’t argue too much, he’s paid to make those calls and not me for some mad reason.

Yuck. I actually agree with this take.golfaddick said:

However I believe he will chip in with goals if we can get the service right. Probably more chance from dead ball situations.

Incidentally not a transfer rumour but to all those who are expecting money spent by the owners. Ticket sales look slow for tomorrow’s big game. This goes hand in hand with budget so buy a ticket!0

We are a very direct team which should suit him more than the possession based Birmingham team he was in.Dazzler21 said:

stockport just released 2 LWB's who were on loan there so the player we'd probably want is pye but he won't be sold this window0

Ridiculous to even think he was tbh.
Godden is only just about to return from a big injury and having not played all season, at 34 who knows how he'll hold up and if Leaburn was to pick up another of his long term injuries we're then relying on Kelman, Dykes and the wingerforwardback TC.
He might not be up to the standard long term but Tanto has shown his worth to the squad in patches.
