  • Going today, primarily to inspect Frank Lampard's bald patch. Incidentally, the title of this thread is wrong, the opponents are Frank Lampard's Coventry.

Weirdly feel like we'll win, which no doubt I'll be freed from when the first Coventry goal goes in

Hopefully this game is less of a car crash than Lulu's cover of The Man Who Sold the World on last night's Hootenanny.
Might be time for you to replace that old black and white 625 lines tv you were watching it on

If we score first we will almost certainly win
    or draw
    or lose 🤣
  • Normally very keen for Wrexham to lose but don't mind watching Blackburn get pumped at home today. I reckon we get a result ourselves and back it up with another three at Ewood next week. What a start to 2026

Think we will see Doc in midfield for his off the ball positioning and work. Maybe Knibbs in the 10 role

Have you ever been 'by the seafront' in Portsmouth. It's a desolate wasteland 😂
    Watching the hovercraft.

Pretty much the main attraction in Portsmouth.
There is no way professional footballers go walkies before a match. They will all have travelled together and followed the same ore natch itinerary. But what has happened to Anderson???
As I said a few years back you'd often see opposition players wandering around Bexleyheath early on a Saturday morning, stretching their legs etc otherwise they'd just be holed up in the hotel.
A few years ago...... not nowadays unless it was properly overseen with security etc. Elf and safety old chap? These players although only Champ level are valuable commodities. They don't just go out for a walk on the day of s match.
