Should be very proud of himself this evening, he has never given up and gave us everything he has, well done Jayden and thankyou for being brave in the face of some adversity in our performances.

Jones goes on about TC and his sprints per game and distance covered, but I bet it's not a patch on Fevrier in the past couple of games. His overall play today deserved a goal, just a shame he didn't shoot earlier at the end and cap an excellent performance off with a brace

Go to Stockport, say to them "We've already given you money for Tanto... you can keep him for nothing, and we'll take Fevrier..."

I would like to sign Fevrier on a perm
In terms of his character and effort I can see why but if this is standard of footballer we’re aiming for we’d be in big trouble next year, this was a player not even wanted by a team in a division below us
He was probably a square peg in a round hole where he was and I think he could be a lot better than people are  giving him credit for, he just needs a bit more game time. A goal wouldn't hurt either.
But what we really need is a round peg that actually fits the round hole. He's done decent service as a makeshift temporary fix, but giving out permanent contracts on the basis "he'll do alright" is not going to make us a genuine Championship side.
    Well now I look a bit silly don't I....

Versatile, hard working, does have some quality and young enough to improve. I'd definitely sign him if we can, not as a first choice but as injury cover and an option off the bench.

Works hard and showed brilliant flashes today of quality.

Not sure if I would sign him just off the back of one performance, but does show we do have other options than only TC in the football league on that left-hand side.

He's done well and made a positive contribution overall, can't really expect much more than that. Wish him well wherever he is next season.
Well I'm in I hope it's here camp. And not just based on the goal he scored today.

Has a fair degree of skill, capable of putting over a good cross, puts himself about, tries hard. And can play on both sides of the defence.

He may not be first choice but would be a handy guy to have around if either of the first choice wing backs got injured.

    Fully agree with that

That would require writing off about £1M in amortisation of Tanto’s transfer fee. Not saying it’s impossible, but it isn’t as simple as “just have him”

Always useful to have a player that can comfortably play in 3/4 positions, I’d sign him up for next season - still young so potential to improve further

Hadn’t realised he’s only 23 … well worth going for him
  • He has done very well in the last two matches.

For me, I weirdly attach too much importance to gait as I think he runs very awkwardly.

I think that's why I didn't take to him initially, but he is good and I hope we can keep him.

Looked composed and even dangerous at LWB today which has been a problem position for us all season. Looked even better on the right. Also not sure if the Hull players are especially slow but a couple of yards or more faster especially tracking back but also going forwards.

Very impressive effort and skills last couple games.

He looked quicker on Wednesday too. I wonder if he was lacking a bit of fitness due to a lack of game time at Stockport.

Yes maybe he was as everyone who knew anything about him when he joined said he was raw but rapid. Then in his cameos for us he looked way slower than rapid, not slow but certainly not rapid.

Last two games he has looked properly quick, as well as tricky.

I think strong, too. Sort of ran through defenders a few times today.

Hope this was his Paul Kitson moment, personally

Fev is still young…he looks a bit heavy to me….maybe drop some weight…I like him and think he would be a good squad player…he’s a Londoner so bring him home

I was impressed that he was able to charge almost the entire length of the pitch for that chance that got cleared off the line towards the end, given he'd been on all game.

I think Fev has something about him. I'd certainly have no issue signing him on a free or straight swap with Oloafe

He could definitely have scored had he not delayed waiting for support.

He can patently play at this level - I’d be more than happy to see him signed

I was well off about him, I genuinely didn’t see the last two kind of performances in him. The bloke just doesn’t stop! That was unreal today.

He's evidence of the threat we can be when we've got paceful options other than just TC to keep an opponent occupied
Was clever of Jones to utilise Fevrier and Campbell in a deeper version of Carey and Knibbs as the former had pace to get up in support
I'd have no complaints if Jayden got signed as a backup option next season
But as Scoham said to me during the Match, imagine what we could do if we aimed higher for two others who are even better

His goal against Portsmouth was also really neat, but once again, no credit because we got spanked!
  • Well worth a squad place. Versatile, young, skillfully, fast; and after having been benched by Stockport he is probably angry and hungry.  If he is cheap, get him on, he could really turn into a diamond.

Similar to jerome thomas? Although looks like he can defend more

Wouldn’t sign him personally but this man deserves a proper good send off. Brought in to be a squad player, realistically as a 6 month loanee from a div below there was no real incentive for him to push himself to the limits he has. Hope he will be remembered as a Charlton streets won’t forget for his performance today

Just checking. You want the council to name a street after him in recognition of his performance  today?
