All those Serbian ultras in those clips.

He’s in for a rude awakening at his first Bromley Addicks meeting…
Do they have cardigans in Kenya?

Looks like we are building 2 lines of defenders with 2 up front.

    The six-face summary for Sichenje:

    He's signed a long contract 😁
We're stuck with him if he's crap ☹️
Won't get injured at the world cup 😁
Not going to the world cup so no cash bonus for us ☹️
Has played 52 games for Vojvodina in the last 18 months 😁
I've never heard of Vojvodina ☹️

    I'm on the fence
    Rubbish ode .. doesn’t rhyme

Seems like Phil Chapple's "World Tour" paid dividends after all.

@Leuth hasn't been the same since Naby Sarr left. We might have found his replacement (Naby that is not Leuth - he's irreplaceable).

Coming over as very modest but I sense a steely determination. Who knows how this will go, but I like the cut of his jib and we could be in for an exciting ride one way or the other!

One of my best mates here is a footie mad Serb……

” Mate, you and your friends probably knows more about Serbian football League than me and my mates. Our football is so poor that many people quit following it completely. I gave my best to watch Partizan league game on Saturday, but switched to some movie after 30 minutes of painful boredom 🥹“

Hard to tell from YouTube highlights chopped together by his agent but looks pretty sound defensively. A touch of Bougherra and Llera?

Hope he is as good, as they were chasing him for a while, please.
  • Tel you what if players from the North of England are getting homesick here I wonder how he will fare

As others have said, can see he may be the Ramsay replacement.

One of those signings that you say welcome to Charlton, and keep your fingers crossed as we fans no next to nothing of his abilities.
So I hope we give him a reasonable number of games before we start making up are minds about his abilities,
EFL football may be a bit of a surprise for him.

    With this in mind

    Sichenje wooo hooooo
    Sichenje wooo hooooo
    He comes from Kenya
    He runs like Mo Farah

A marginal improvement on the first version, but falls down on the fact that Mo Farah's of Somali origin, and Kenyans are generally known for their long distance running rather than their sprinting.
From the interview on the Charlton twitter feed, he seems very softly spoken, which is rather at odds with the red card machine reputation and the quote from that interview on Cawley's substack. I suspect he may be even less fond of English refs shortly.

Mate I thought it was him when I saw the photo put out lol

like everyone else I’m excited by this signing and have no doubt he will become either a club hero or villain with nothing in between!!

Post of the day is the one that said the first high ball between him and an opponent the air will be sucked out of the valley as everyone takes a sharp intake of breath lol
