If Docherty is to go, I'd prefer it be on loan than on a perm if possible - Would rather have the option to be able to recall him in January because Ouma hasn't impressed or because of injury elsewhere17

But if we are brutally honest, we need someone who is consistently better on the ball than him.He wants to stay but if we want to keep evolving tough decisions have to be made. Do we cash in this summer or keep him and risk getting no fee at all in the summer if we do not decide to extend his contract?11
