Hull have picked up 35 points away from home this season and will represent another stiff challenge to a Charlton side low on confidence. Hull's recent form has been poor but they could hardly have picked a better opponent for their final away game.
What I hope we don't see is the desperate and mindless hoofball that's characterised the last 20 minutes of every recent home game. A little bit of combination play in midfield and down the flanks wouldn't go amiss, although that seems to be beyond us at present. Let's hope we can raise our game and put our relegation fears finally to bed after so many opportunities spurned.

You guys are way too technical for me, my point was not to move Jones but he needs Coady alongside him. Gillesphey cannot play imho so coady needs to slot in somehow to the back line. So if it's left side fine, his left peg appears reasonable enough. Maybe square peg and round holes to some, but sadly Macauley is out of his depth in the Championship so if Bell is out as expected we cant risk it. While i'm at it aswell poor Chambers needs to be left out. Balance is one thing, but he's so lightweight it's unreal and will get bullied by most forward lines.Briston_Addick said:

Keep Jones at centre back and have Coady at centre-half-back, sitting between the defence and what passes for our midfield and giving him the option to drop back and defend or push forward to initiate attacking moves.

Am expecting a tense and tight affair to play out. Hull not pulling up any trees at a critical time in the season while we are offering up about as much huff and puff as the Big Bad Wolf while blowing fcuk all down at the minute. Long live huff and puff, fortune has to change at some point.Predict a 1-1 which sorts us and with Wrexhams remaining games in mind puts Hull in the box seat for their play off push.Overall proud of the lads this season. We always knew it was going to be tough and thank God we had the start we did.
As for team, a big game requires some highly experienced heads in it to ensure calmness throughout. I have liked Chambers a lot but he has been playing like a youngster in the last game or two so can see Ramsay being utilised down that side if fit. Whatever has come and gone before us since our last win at Boro is irrelevant. Massively up for this one. We’re stretched with injuries but hoping the crowd and the atmosphere can give the lads the boost they need to get the point.I think we need to go for it. I understand the rhetoric re: just needing a point, but Docherty epitomized the fight on Wednesday and we need 11 performances like that.My eldest who is 3 is going to, his record so far is Burton at the end of last season (3-1), Orient in the Playoff Final and then Blackburn at home this season (3-0). He was at the original Pompey fixture which got called off (God bless you Norm), but didn’t go to the rearranged game, so still has a 100% record. I’m categorically saying that will continue after 2mo and we can do this.Come on lads, we’re right behind you and let’s get over the line and celebrate a successful season and then give credit to all your hard work.4

I honestly have no idea how the lineup will look, it's just guess work as to who will be fit enough to play. I'm praying TC was taken off as a precaution, whatever you may think of him, we're a much better side when he's in the team. Godden has missed the entire season as he sacrificed his health to get us promoted last year, he may have just sacrificed a new contract for himself by staying on and trying to get us an equalizer.
I was heartened by the Ipswich performance, they've got a Premier League squad (or at least too good for the Championship) and we had them on the back foot until injuries took over. This team is giving their all and they clearly care, despite our lack of quality, we're 6 points clear off the drop. We've had to spend the majority of the last 20 years watching managers and players do the bare minimum just to pick up their wages. This team cares, the manager cares, I really hope the atmosphere is positive and they're going to need all the help they can get.

I'm bringing my 13 year old Nephew to his very first football match tomorrow.
He supports Arsenal but his mum can't afford the tickets. I agreed to this weeks ago when laughingly I thought we'd be safe and Arsenal would be Champions...
Now the poor kid is already traumatised with Arsenal hitting 'self destruct' and now I'm thinking if we don't get a result tomorrow he'll probably fall off the cliff and take up tidlywinks!
Please Charlton... just for once play with some heart, get the point and give me a chance to convince a Gooner to become an Addick!8 -

Tough game like they all in this league for one reason and another .. still think we are safe with 50 can’t see Oxford getting more than 4 points max in their last two games …. But I think we got more chance of getting the point at Swansea than tomorrow ….. Hull was one team expected to be fighting at our end of the table .. and will have to come and try to win … expect us to go back what got us the 50 points
We could without Ramsey Bell Godden and Campbell ( althrough not much of a loss ) I expect Bell and Ramsey to make it

As someone said above, Coady must play. I'm hoping he was rested in the week so he can.
Our forward options are a worry. I assume Godden & Campbell are out and Leaburn may even be injured. If that is the case our only forward options are Kelman & Dykes to start with no other natural forwards on the bench.
I can't see us scoring too many tomorrow.

Hmm. I think he's just trying to sound positive.
