For all those that are feeling a bit frisky after that win.....here's a little something to give you a second wind!!

Bloody hell, how fast is that train?! Charlton to Manchester in half hour 😉
Just on my way to Stockport to have a quick word about a swap deal!

This is where I watched the first half:

Slightly more comfortable surroundings for the second!

Whatever you think of the style, performances, form, number of goals scored, the goalkeepers, the signings  or anything else - we’ve overachieved this season massively. With a game to go.

I’m relieved and it’s a silly thing to say, but maybe we have got our Charlton back for now at least. This is where we should be competing and we’ve done it well this year.

New build to come but time to enjoy the moment.

Lovely way to end the season at home. Smiles all around.

Greg Stubley saying that the owners are there today, and Brenner is below the Commentary box
    Get your chequebook out boys
They will have decided we're not that bad and what's the fuss all about. No need to add any players for next season ;-)

What a beautiful day…thank you NJ & the warriors in ❤️n🤍,that was a team out there today playing for the manager, the fans & our club,im sure the owners know what’s needed & im pretty sure NJ does, whoever goes back to there own clubs & the ones that get released & of course the ones that stay, its been a drag to get to where we are but as a collective they got us over the line…thank you…proud of you Charlton…

Too many players played well today to name them but I was disappointed with  Clarke and pleased he is on loan and can go back. I know all the moaning about Kaminski with their goal but I thought that was the most commanding from a Charlton goalkeeper this season

I bet TC was spitting blood when Fev didn't release him for a clear third in the last minute...🤦‍♂️
I don't know why but that has really pissed me off.

In the space of a minute of the full time whistle, I get the news from the doctor that my lad is being discharged from Great Ormond St after a weeks stay following an emergency operation! Much love to everyone, enjoy your afternoons!

    COYR!
    Well done that man.

After all this - I missed us staying up lying in a dark room with my head pounding and my son shouting updates up the stairs.

Never imagined I’d be lying here sick as a dog with a big stupid grin on my face but there you go!

Enjoy your day everyone - we did it!

Oh and my lads convinced Kelmans goal was goal of the season but he says that about tap ins so will have to see it later.

Best goal I've seen in ages at The Valley your lad is right.

Well well, so those carefully prepared 'I told you so' speeches will have to wait for another season. Charlton produced a very good performance, this time with an injury blighted side to get us over the line. Kelman was excellent and was joined by Fevrier in that category. Clarke gives every indication that if he becomes available at the end of the season, we should sign Bree. Anyway, season ticket purchased for next season, time to relax in the sun.

I'm so pleased that everyone that had a bet when it was 200/1 down to 6/1 lost their money. Especially the 'fans' who said the wish they put more than £20 on when it was 66/1
