Would love an away day at tottenhams new ground, but most likely think it will be the hammers
Is it a new ground though ? Obviously it's a new stadium but it's still in White Hart Lane. They haven't moved anywhere just rebuilt their stadium.

If you built an extension onto your house & put in a loft conversion would you say you've got a new house????
If you knocked your house down and then built something completely new from the ground up, completely different in every aspect, inside and out…I would say that’s a new house!  🤦🏻‍♂️

Surely Sadiq Khan would have a cunning plan to deal with that eventuality !  :D

I’ve said for the last half of the season.

Spurs for me would bounce straight back up and that would be that. West Ham on the other hand I think will implode.

It’s a win win all round people.

I’d rather Leeds and Forest stay up.

Not sure cunning is going to be able to counter corruption in this case 😠

    Erm, tough choice.

FWIW, I think West Ham will get something out of their game on Sunday.  They're unbeaten in 9 at home.

For the record, its the one and only time ever I want them Woolwich pricks to win a game.  I'll reluctantly swallow them winning the title to guarantee our safety.

Would prefer Spurs as the chance of a top 6 team being relegated is close to zero and I likely to come around again in a hurry.bnwill be West Ham though and that is pretty funny and a close second anyway.

Want it to be Spurs, should be West Ham but think there will be more twists yet than Diego the Dolphin’s performances at SeaWorld and so will be Spurs after all (when they bottle it). Either way will not matter to us as we are not yet anywhere ready top half - realism rather than lack of ambition!

BTW, absolutely no offence taken by anyone saying Spurs.  If I wasn't Spurs, I'd want them to go too.
  • A few months ago the thought of West Ham coming down was something I was hoping could happen, but expected Leeds or Forest. Fast forward to now and West Ham coming down has become the consolation prize.

It’s strange what clubs you dislike more than others, but I’ve never minded West Ham.  I think Sullivan and Brady are absolutely abhorrent individuals who I would love to see suffer relegation, although I see Brady the rat has already deserted the sinking ship (she’s horrible).  Sullivan is a scummy man and I see he’s under investigation for crimes not worth mentioning on here.  Although not proven the London Stadium deal stinks and @PragueAddick knows better than anyone the nonsense that went on there

despite that, I would love to see Spurs go down.  Can’t stand them as a club.  Everything that’s wrong with modern football.  Building a commercial venue more interested in Jake Paul fights and Beyoncé concerts than what they put out on the pitch.  I’ve got close mates who are Spurs and they’re decent enough; but I find a lot of their fans quite entitled

It will be West Ham though - Spurs will wriggle out of it and it won’t be long before they’re talking of getting a champions league place

I don’t know if it’s an age thing, but I find the Premier League so plastic.  IMO with every year that passes, the league becomes more hollow.  Seeing someone like Spurs go down would be great for me on the basis it’s like a big **** you to the plastic league it’s become.  One of the clubs that voted for the breakaway super league, because they thought they were in the football elite, just about hanging onto their Prem status.

I can admire some of the football played for sure, and it does still throw up entertainment and quality, but there’s the suffocation from watching Man City’s dominance over recent years (nowhere near as good or as legal as what Man Utd achieved).  Seeing players like Garnacho, absolute chinless wonders going for massive fees on huge wages, stepping over the ball into oblivion.

For me, the whole league seems to be geared toward entertainment for Saudi princes and rich tourists.

New grounds only count if you haven’t been to the old ground in my opinion, I’ve done loads in the past at their old grounds

In my case Hull, Oxford, Spurs, Brentford, Brighton,Stoke,Wimbledon,Barnet and Bristol Rovers

The last relegation place from the Premiership could still be anyone of Leeds, Crystal Palace*, Notts Forest, West Ham or Spurs.

I’d imagine either would give us the 3000 they give teams this season

Still hoping Palace drop but if not then either Spurs or West Ham will suffice.

Would laugh at West Ham going down, twat fans, the stadium debacle, Brady & Sullivan etc. But also fancy an awayday at WHL.

As long as it's one of them then all good.

I think it will be West Ham but although I don't like Sullivan and Co I still remember that we were welcomed by the club after the Palarse fiasco.

Spurs probably as my future son in law, plus my brothers and sister are spurs fans.

I have 4 grandsons from the guy mentioned and he hates me taking pictures of them in Charlton colours.

Further the other grandad was a scout for them.

But I think West ham will go.

Spurs and the delusional fans… they use to do my swede in on talksport in our premier league days… and the way they acted up when they sent us down. Can’t stand them!

Happy either way. Spurs for the shock factor but admittedly they'd bounce back , West Ham because of my dislike of Sullivan and Brady and they'd implode.

West Ham are in real danger of doing a Leicester, a Luton, a Sunderland, a Wolves, a Swindon and suffering double relegation, so long term that would be better, the more they suffer the better.
    Are they?
