Delighted to see Trafford given the gloves. He has a much higher ceiling than Pickford and it’s important give him experience at international level
  • Well that was shite

That was a pub league error. Horrendous.

Guehi always has moments like that in him. If he wasn’t English, he wouldn’t touch that city side.

Palace knobend. We will really struggle to win a tournament with a back 4 that includes Guehi, Konsa & O’Reilly.

Attack is quality but this back line is so poor.

Don’t have the quality to play out against a side like this.
  • This is an attitude we instantly need to drop if we want to progress to the final level as an elite side
All this talk in England is: "the Nations League is shit" "glorified friendlies"
Yeah the World f**king Champions are clearly treating it as such aren't they

Once we’re in their half, we actually look quite good. That’s the positive so far.

I will applaud the next manager who ditches pissing about with the ball & tells the players to just pass it upfield.

I'm sure football was better years ago. It doesn't have to be hoof ball but there must be a middle way where the defenders give it to the midfield/ wingers & they advance with it.

    PS

I was coming on here initially to ask who was you favourite England Mansger, after seeing the tribute to Kevin Keegan before the start. His teams certainly didn't piss about with it.

My top 3 would be KK, Hoddle and Venables. All these foreign managers can do one.

I actually think this is the best football we’ve played in a while. We’re knocking it around against the World Champions.

Bellingham learnt too much in Spain, flinging himself to the floor at the first opportunity

I agree and yet somehow we should also be 3 - 0 down.

For all our good play, this would be 3-0 it Torres could finish.

Almost the opposite of the the game in the Southgate era where we countered Spain away from
    home and went 3 up.

    xG currently 0.09 to 1.57

We're doing very well at working the ball wide and then smashing it off Spanish shins.

    Ed- oh we scored hahaha

Much more like it, we're scintillating when we're surging forward like that

That was f**king outstanding, and very well deserved!!
Thought that Bellingham took far too long to pass at first, was screaming for him to release it

    Cucurella own goal for me.

    On second viewing, maybe not.
But what a nice choice! Kane goal or Cucurella own goal? I’ll take either thanks!
