    Still'l have a tasty pension from the PFA and a club like Newcastle should have advised him well on pensions and how to invest it. Oh maybe not if Shepherd was running the finances.

    From what I saw on soccer am he didn't seem the sharpest tool so wouldn't surprise me if he ended up like George Best - dead before his time
